[OPEN] O Christmas Tree! O Christmas tree!
Who: The Doctor and all of Asgard
What: Christmas party!
When: Day 200
Where: Draupnir theatre in Freyr district
Rating: Should be PG?
One of the halls in the theatre have been decorated, and quite extensively. There are three Christmas trees, just big enough to manage to get through the doors, decorated with lights and glitter, big stars on the tops and gold, red and silver balls. They're placed in three corners, and the only reason the fourth doesn't have one is because there's a table with various games and such to amuse yourself with. To which mundane says you're free to go with whatever strikes your fancy because her mind is blanking on it.
Along the opposite wall of that corner there's a long table with various Christmas food and drinks, as well as small tables nearby where you can sit and eat if you'd like. At the wall opposite the entrance there's a stereo playing Christmas music (although, if you get sick of it, feel free to find other music and change it, or smash the damn thing or something). You can always dance too, there's plenty of floor left.
You could also just look up at the ceiling and admire the reds and greens it's decorated in, because with the lights it's pretty sparkly, if that's to your fancy. And let's not forget the live candles scattered across the tables.
And the mistletoe. But, don't worry, they won't capture you or anything.
Also, if you stick around until 9 PM, there will be alcoholic beverages. But the Doctor's keeping an eye on the results of that.

[ She awkwardly takes the gift, looks at it for a moment, then back at him. ]
Likewise... Merry Christmas too.
no subject
Go on, open it.
[ Inside she'll find a brown paper bag with a violet flower in it. Because he's clever. ]
no subject
Doctor, why you do this.
But it's a pretty flower at least. Hanako holds it up after she opens the gift, blinking. ]
Where did you get this...?
no subject
Utgard.
I was thinking you could practice on a plant, too.
no subject
Ah... that's a good idea. Though I have a garden, but- it's still a nice thought you had. Thank you...
no subject
Could move it into the garden. You're welcome.
no subject
Ah... well, I got something for you too- but it's a small thing... I didn't know what you would have liked.
no subject
[ Honestly, he's just happy for getting gifts. Especially from so many people. ]
no subject
[ She pulls out a small gift box from her pocket, and holds it out to him. ] Here...
no subject
[ He'll just be basically tearing the paper off, okay? Okay. Eeee so excited. ]
no subject
Um... I hope it's not too weird.
no subject
Oh, she got him a bowtie. No one's ever given him a bowtie before. And it's so. Delightfully odd too, in the very best of ways. His entire face lights up even further, and he's cupping her cheeks and placing a kiss on her head because it's a bowtie. ]
It's brilliant!
no subject
U-uuh... Th... That's g-good to know...

no subject
Oh. ]
You don't like physical contact.
[ It's a statement, but with the slightest hint of questioning, wondering. ]
no subject
[ If the expression of her face is of any indication, he's spot-on. ]
no subject
[ And he gives her an unabashed smile, if apologetic. ]
Sorry. It's a reflex.

no subject
[ Except then he reaches out towards her head to pat it, but he at least manages to catch himself, and clears his throat. ]
Ah, I'll at least do the best I can.
no subject
Alright... sorry for sort of demanding this...

[ Sorry is that a personal question. ]
no subject
... It's something that is... personal. I can't really explain.
