Heimdall and beyond | day 99, 100 | oh god what am I doing

[On the day of his arrival, Kratos can be found lurking around Heimdall house in rare moments, but he mostly keeps to himself. Despite the flooding issues - how convenient the ability of flight would be now - he ventures out into the district to familiarize himself with his new surroundings. Appearing in a world he's never heard of, being torn from one duty and thrust toward another - he's taking it in stride. He’s served far worse causes, and having something to strive for is preferable to being useless. He’s done more than enough of that to fill many lifetimes. But it looks like it will be a while more before he can finally rest...

The next day, when the flooding has receded, he will take the opportunity to venture into the other districts, stopping in particular at the library in Odin District. Before long, though, he'll discover that there is scarce information to be found in regard to this world. Lame.]

Well... there was a forced hugging competition last week. And I heard that there was an ice fairy attack before I got here! I'm telling you, crazy stuff.

If you ask me? Magic is just what people call things they haven't figured out yet. If this color thing actually happens, which I have yet to see, there's probably a logical explanation for it.

[Nevermind Sokka used to call Bending magic until he pretty much saw it everywhere. But that's a special case, okay.]
