burntviolet: (It's compromise that moves us along)

If anything, that made her a little more angry, seeing as her concerns were being kind of slammed aside in favor of shounen speeches about FRIENDSHIP. Hanako could never imagine how stupidly stubborn someone could be over defending a friend who caused harm to people (and would probably continue to do so as long as nobody stopped her). She would love to point out how telling her that last sentence to mostly shut her up was not going to do wonders this time, because on top of him being friends with a psycho dangerous demon who would hurt him in no time, there was also the fact that he died how many times during the last attack? He couldn't expect her to stay reassured and never worry about this matter when she saw just how gruesome Karu's injuries were and how much he suffered because of that woman.

But... whatever. The least thing she needed after losing Lilly was to argue with her other closest friend. That would be the icing on the horrible trauma cake she was forced to eat the latest days. Deep in her heart, she hoped that nothing would disrupt the balance, she hoped that the demon woman wasn't going to hurt him. Only the gods may know what would happen if Hanako were to learn that Hisao's supposed friend attempted to kill him. Probably, nothing good would come out of it. She wouldn't just say 'I told you so'.

"Fine... I don't want to argue with you. Lilly's gone, and I sure don't feel like getting into a fight with you of all people. Just know that I don't agree with your view of this situation at all." She pointed out, rather harshly despite the apparent white flagging. That was something she had to make clear, after all. "Be careful; that's all I'm going to ask. If you're not careful, there will be consequences." And that wasn't a threat, although it sounded like it was one. She would never do anything to hurt him- he was referring to Samantha and her antics.
