I have no real idea how long that will take to begin with. As for why they'd lie? Odin seems to hate us being here. Freya and Freyr are supposedly political prisoners. Loki's a lying, mischievous dick. Baldr's just a dick. Heimdall's pretty much a toady to Odin. Haven't ever seen Hel, and I'm going to call that a good thing, because I still want to punch the bitch for giving me my powers and putting me in her little house of horrors. I hear Sigyn's ok.

It's like a bad soap opera, only with shadows leaping out, possessing people, tornadoes, frost fairies and little flaming imps according to folks. So, the whole war thing's pretty much fighting monsters and prepping to fight bigger monsters, or something like that. But I've only been here for around two months.
