Jade squeezed his hand gratefully when the energy transfer was finished before she released it, a little bit of spark back into her eyes. It didn't occur to her that maybe that had exhausted him.

She chews her lip at the offer, shaking her head, before glancing at the door.

"-- um. Are you really busy? If you wanted to hang out for a little while.."

Jade didn't want to make the trek back out to the safehouse right now, but she didn't want to be alone, either.
