That gets a bit of a squawk as he flails to keep his balance because he was too close to her to even be slightly ready for that. But a moment later he's laughing, too, and he moves his arms around her waist and swings her around. He knew it was a good gift, but he didn't quite expect that.

Not that he's going to complain, not at all. He's glad that it made her this happy, that more and more she's beginning to realise how much she does matter to him.
