Scott didn't have his werewolf reflexes anymore so he couldn't move out of the way in time to avoid Stiles' punch. He rubbed his arm with a slight pout on his face.

"Oh, totally," Scott played along with Stiles at the mention of testing his replacements. "But they lacked in the sarcasm department." Not that Isaac wasn't capable of sarcasm, he just wasn't at Stiles' level of sarcasm.

"I'm a little in the loop. I know everything works out in the end... right?" Minus the death of Allison's mom.

Scott wondered how long it would take for Stiles to bring up Derek and complain about him. Apparently not long at all. "It's a big city. You've got to be really unlucky to bump into him."
