FINALLY getting around to posting this, but yeah, Steve spent both days egging people with homemade tempera bombs. Literal egging, he made little holes in egg shells to funnel pigments in. The pigments are all made from plant matter, so there may or may not be staining, too, but the important thing here is that Steve is (temporarily) forcing the city to be a little more colorful because gray is boring.
