Mmm. Antedis Prime. [Ril says it softly, drawing up a beer.] In the Market district on a week-end, people pour into its center and you can smell davit bird and spices in the air. There's motion everywhere and the press of people is constant. Bright colors flag out stalls with veges, meats, trinkets, but Palis and my favorite one was the one with the flaky pies. If we won at catching davit birds, we'd sell at least one for a dozen finger pies. They's be a surprise for mum. Some were meat, some were madrit ftuit, no bigger than the palm of your hand.

Palis once traded his bird for ground kafe--a Winter season present for me. Kafe is still my favorite drink, though I think it does tie with tea.
