☽ Fire & Frost
Who: Anyone! This is another of those open-log type posts.
What: Fighting fairies with fire (and other things). Also, keeping safe and warm in Yuri's Tea Room.
When: During the event.
Where: In Odin, but also spilling into other districts.
Rating: PG/PG-13, maybe violence and language? Will update if necessary.

☽ In Odin District's Hrafn Tea Room:
Yuri's Tea Room has been set up as an emergency center, with first aid kits, barricaded windows, and guards patrolling the perimeter. The native Tea Room staff is less gray than most, having been interacting with Yuri since his arrival. They've begun to individuate, and they're taking this attack seriously. Anyone is welcome to enter for sanctuary and also some hot tea and soup, free of charge.
It's likely you'll catch a glimpse of the Tea Room's manager (and now owner), busy making preparations, giving orders, and mobilizing his staff. Anyone willing to heal or protect those that take refuge within will receive a very warm welcome, and their help will be much appreciated.
☽ Out and about in the streets (Odin and elsewhere):
He might be a man of middle age, but he's also a man of action. Yuri is skilled in combat, though he's hampered here by not having his powers. Nonetheless, he's determined to do what he can. He's quick and agile, and it's not difficult for him to make his way up to the rooftops or quickly down the streets. Sometimes he watches from above, and other times, he waits in the shadows of an alleyway. He's wearing cold resistant clothing of his own design, gray and blue and easy to move in, and he's armed with a crossbow.
He tends to keep out of sight, but all the time, he's scanning the streets for those in need of his aid, and every so often he spots any icy target and steps forward to let a bolt fly from his bow, bright with fire. The heavy, fiery arrows are quite effective against the fairies, and Yuri is an excellent shot. He does keep an eye out for anyone he knows from his world, but if they should question him on it, he'll say he got the idea from Lunatic. He isn't worried, regardless. He feels a little reckless, though he's still perfectly under control.
