[ making her promise that she would be home should probably make her feel nervous, like he's about to go out and do something stupid so he wanted to be sure she'd stay put, but nah. maybe it's because of the whole- recently dead thing, but she had a feeling it wasn't anything like that. he'd tell her, he would. so she didn't question it, instead decided to do some sketching in her own room, and starting on that list of potential art club members for Professor Snape. sure, she could keep herself busy.
but that didn't mean she wouldn't spring up as soon as she heard that knock on the door, dropping the sketchpad and pencil on the bed behind her, pulling the door open wide. ]
