Who: Draco Malfoy and Everyone Involved in the Magic Rune plot
What: Heading out of the City of Asgard to find the magic runes, activate them, and bring magic outside of the city.

It wasn't long after Draco's city-wide announcement that he hand-picked those who were going to assist him on this journey. That, surprisingly, hadn't turned out to be too difficult once he started assessing precisely what he would need from people.
As promised he had gathered everyone together for a meeting at his apothecary to discuss precisely the method that would need to be executed.
First: Head outside of the protected city barriers.
Second: Locate the rune associated with their given god house that should only be shortly outside of the city. A mile, two at most.
Third: Activate the runes all at the same time.
Lastly: Hide them. Hide them somewhere inside the god district where Thiazi and company couldn't locate them, somewhere where the magic was strongest so that it would branch out over the rest of the world.
When Loki originally discussed it with him it had seemed easy, but the longer he thought about it, the longer Draco realized that no, no actually this was going to be difficult in terms of communicating with everyone. If anyone else had any bright ideas...well. He'd consider giving them credit.
Once it was all said and done, it was decided they would leave the day after the initial discussion. He didn't think it would take long, but then again he was still prepared for the worst possible outcome.
