When: backdated two-ish weeks (because I suck)

For Kate, falling back into the routine that had been Asgard was easy enough. There was always work to be done, natives to help, and chaos to wade through. And of course, there had been Castle, who had gone on and proposed, decided that being stranded in a mythical city should have no effect on their wedding plans, and with that and the city patrol she'd started to pick up shifts with, Kate was kept busy enough. Almost too busy, depending on who you talked to.
Which is what she will blame, when it comes to why she had no idea certain people were back in the city. Without the steady foundation of a war-less city, working the Forensics Unit had become less of a priority, which had then made Kate less able to sit down and check through things like the network - if Sam had even posted anything there.
Not that it matters, at this point, because one moment she'd been heading across the city to check in on the wall-rebuilding, and the next she's stopped right in the middle of the road, brow pulled tight, as if she's not really sure what she's seeing. But the figure is still walking, apparently distracted enough to not notice her at first, which ends up bringing a slight smile to her face.
"Sam Winchester." At least this way she can get the not-question of identity out of the way. "Back in Asgard, I see."
