( closed ) a convict, a witch and a useless terrorist walk into an amusement park

Who: Ange (entreats), Senji (deadcenter) and Shu (departing)
What: Day 54, during the day.
When: After the whole stabbing thing is over Senji decides to take the kids out to the amusement park. Yup. Be a family man.
Where: The Dark Carnival aka Hel's amusement park
Rating: A for Awful but I'll update accordingly later.. Let's say PG-13 for now just to make sure (mostly since Senji is a pottymouth).

[ Amusement parks weren't really Ange's thing, not anymore, but.. nearly the moment she got out of the hospital Senji had asked her to come along to the amusement park along with Shu, and she couldn't really muster up the effort to refuse. It isn't like she has anything to lose with going here either way, it might be a little good against boredom with the way those two guys are almost comical when they're just being themselves.

That's why she now finds herself at the gate to the amusement park in Hel. It's close to where she's staying, so she's there first out of the three of them, just casually leaning against the fence as she waits for the others to show up and meanwhile mulls a little to herself about some recent arrivals in this place - those witches. ]

[Senji rolls his eyes and reaches over to smack Shu in the back of the head.]

[ Welp, that's awkward, sitting inbetween these two now. But Ange has to be the mama and keep things in control.. being the responsible one is suffering. ]

It's okay now, Shu. Just eat your cotton candy. If Senji would need to hate every person he points a knife at, he'd run out of hate, probably. [ SEE, SHE'S EVEN REINSTATING THE BADASS IMAGE HE'S TRYING TO PUT FORTH. She's too nice to her moes. ]

[The trio is so ridiculous. He rolls his eye and eats more of the cotton candy.

And then he just nudges Ange a bit.]

Yeah you're right, that kind of shit is just all reflexes. Buahahah!

[Wow. How can both of you even eat cotton candy after weapons were drawn in a serious matter. Shu doesn't understandddd.

Though he does get where Senji's coming from. People were probably out to get him all the time back in the prison, so he can let it go.

It's still a bit sad that it had to come to that. He doesn't have much to say if at all so he'll just shut up and eat his cotton candy. ]

But yes, Ange's quiet too for a few moments, just picking thoughtfully at her cotton candy before she realises it might be helpful to hear their opinion on a matter.. ]

... Hey. If there's someone who really annoys you stuck with you in this world, and you're trying to ignore them but they still bother you.. what would you guys do? [ not providing context, really, she's just saying it casually. ]

[Senji just pats Ange on the head when she says that.]

[ being pat on the head.. :T Very funny, Senji, but she won't complain about it right now. Instead she just shoots Senji a brief 'really? :|' look before shrugging it off instead, she doesn't mind that much. ]

Yesterday evening I got sick and tired of being stuck in that hospital, so I snuck out. [ what is waiting for a wound to get fully healed.. ] And when I came to my room yesterday.. she was just sitting in there as if it was nothing special, breaking into my room like that.

[Senji just goes back to eating his cotton candy....]

She? Who's she? Sounds like you already have fans, breaking into your room and everything.

[He can kind of make a faint connection, but there's nothing supporting the assumption. Woops.]

No, that other time it was a guy. [ yes, she's so popular, people breaking into her room all over.. ]

And it was someone from back home. It seems she'd like to keep up her streak of bothering me even here.

[ At least she can say it all pretty calmly and deadpan as usual, focusing on her cotton candy as she talks. ]

[Yeah Senji is just silent for now, listening in as he picks away at his cotton candy. Sounds interesting enough though....]

You seem to have a lot of those. Last time I heard anyways. Though I'm not really sure what goes on.

Yeah, we have lots of them all over the place. And it was a witch, one who appeared here pretty recently. I thought that she might at least find someone else to bother in this place rather than me, but..

[ sigh. ] Ah, it's useless. It's all useless.

[A witch huh? That sounded pretty interesting to Senji. He just shrugged his shoulders.]

It's only useless if you let it be. [yep that's... really the only advice he has right now unless he knows the full situation.]

Another witch? Is she the same as you? Or different.

[ Wow, why are the two of you suddenly trying to be all philosophical.. :| ]

She's much older than me, but she looks younger. Besides, Shu, she's not a witch in the same sense I am, you know. I'm still much more human than that.

Yeah yeah, and I'm more of a mutant now than a human. Doesn't matter what you are, if this little shit is botherin' you then you need to do something about it.

You're talking to someone who doesn't know much about witches. Where I'm from it was more normal for robots to dispatched on authority command.


She's older but she looks younger? How does that even begin to make sense?

[Turning over to Ange.]

Would you know? Is it some general rule that witches can't age or something?

[ Yes, she knows witches aren't normal to you and-- Senji, what, you're not the incredible hulk. ]

Yeah, regular witches don't age physically. Or.. well, I don't know exactly how that works either. They're just different from us humans.

[ glancing at Senji.. ] What do you suppose I should do, then?

[What should she do? Hm-.... well that's a good question, he's never fought a witch before.]

Break down her door and use those body control powers of yours to make her walk out of a window. Hehahaha!

For some reason I don't think body control powers work that way.

It has to be more complex than that.

Otherwise it'd be too easy.

Ask someone to help you, but don't let her know what you're up to.

Yeah, Shu's right. I can do it to people, but I can only move small parts of their body if they're good at resisting it. For example, the difference in difficulty of using it on both of you is way different.

[ ... ] And.. this isn't something I want to involve anyone else in. I need to do it by myself.

[Senji is done with his cotton candy, and he tosses the rest of it into a garbage can a little ways away. He then turns to the both of them.]

How many times do I gotta say it? To both of you- relying on others once and a while ain't such a bad thing, as long as you pick the proper people to lean on. It doesn't matter if you feel like this is somethin' you need to do yourself, if you're too far in over your head, shut up and ask for some assistance.

'Course.... I'm not involved in that, I'd probably turn you down if you asked.
