Who: Diva and YOU! Open log!
What: Multi-option log! Also known as A Day in the Life of Diva...
Please let me know in the subject which option you're picking! Also if you go with option C, you may get some replies from
dasvidanya!
When: Day 86
Where: The Freyr and Baldr Districts!
Rating: PG-13? Will go up if needed
[OPTION A: It's relatively early in the morning, or at least before she would go to work for the day. It's the time when Diva dutifully practices her music, a habit that had endeared her to the staff of Draupnir as seeming particularly dedicated, but in truth, it was nothing really like that. Since Diva's sleeping schedule was erratic at best, she just opted to go practice as early as she could, though not when the theater opened, opting for a fashionably late 8 AM.
Diva took her usual studio, though the curtained windows catch her eye. In a fit of whimsy, Diva walks to them and throws the curtains open and opens the window as wide as she can. She pauses with her torso out of the window for a moment with a content smile, looking up at the sky. It really was a nice day, and she was truly glad that the weather was improving.
She sighs contently as she turns to begin her practice for the day, though the song she begins to sing is a rather somber one, not suited at all to her good mood. Still, her practice of Ave Maria is seemingly perfect, though she does pause occasionally to correct some flaw that she felt was there. If you're passing by Draupnir in the morning, it'd be impossible to miss the sound of her voice, since she ends up practicing for most of the morning.]
[OPTION B: During the day, Diva will be dutifully be working at "her" NPC-owned bakery. It's gotten quite popular with the locals since Chane and Rapunzel also started working there, though Diva is vain enough to think it's for her charming personality. The bakery itself is a cute little place, and you'll find the food offered is quite good, likely because Rapunzel helps with the baking. And, you know, everything. Diva, though, is slightly less motivated to work, not even wearing the uniform, and wearing something from her own closet instead.
She's happily reading her book, though at least she'll set it down to ring you up, if you want to purchase something. Or maybe you're just here by chance, and you're surprised to see how lazy she is. Either way, she's "working."]
[OPTION C: It's night, and Diva is feeling a bit peckish, which is fair, since she actually went a little longer than normal since her last meal. She's been busy, alright? But since her last meal, her power has also gotten more potent, and she really wants to play with it tonight.
Around the Baldr district, there's a young brunette girl running around late at night, singing childish little rhymes in quite a few languages. She seems perfectly cheerful and happy, though, and if spotted, she'll just laugh and trot into an alley, if you decide to follow her.
Or maybe it's later in the night, and you might catch Diva mid-meal. The Faceless person that she's chosen doesn't seem to be resisting at all, just making soft noises of protest that would almost make it seem like he's enjoying this process. It works for Diva, since she certainly is.]

B+ see what i did there
--Diva??
smh...
Diva glances over to the door when it opens with a bored expression, but it immediately brightens when she recognizes who it is. That SMILE is returned in turn, and she straightens a little.]
Ah, hi Roxas! Hey, what are you doing here? Travelers don't come by here often!

Oh, hello, Diva-san!

turn down the bitch modebe pretty nice!]Hi, Akari! Are you stopping in for lunch, or...? [She sits a little straighter, thinking she's about to have to work] I'm surprised, though! Travelers don't come by very often. Ah, but I guess since we've been getting more popular recently it makes sense.

[His attention is immediatedly caught by the smell of freshly-baked loaves and such laid out on the counter, but as his eyes wander around the shop, he notices Diva, which causes him to smile warmly before walking over to where she's standing.]
Hello, Diva. I didn't know you worked here- what a pleasant surprise.
no subject
Ah, Jacob! It is a pleasant surprise. Did you just come here by chance?
[She has the urge to run around the counter to hug him as a greeting, but she pushes it back. That parallel with Amshel was one that she was worried about.]
no subject
[He glances over at the business of the shop with an appreciative smile as he leans on the counter across from Diva.]
It seems quite the busy place- I bet you work hard, don't you?

C for CREEPING EDGEWORTH OUT
He stopped in his tracks, listening and becoming even more suspicious with each sound. Could this be the vampire murderer they were looking for? Well, he was not about to pin the related killings on Diva without solid proof. What he doesn't know is that he may or may not get his solid proof tonight.
In any case, as his heart started pounding against his chest with the realization that he could be in danger, he closed his eyes and opened the palm of his hand. Ice began to form, spreading into the shape of a small dagger that fit his grip perfectly. Then he continued onward, following the sound.]

She's blissfully taking her meal, savoring his blood like someone would savor a fine wine, but the sound of footsteps catches her ear. She withdraws, grumbling lightly into his neck. She hated having her meals interrupted.
Singing to cast that little illusion now would be suspicious, so she just grabs the Faceless man's hands forcefully, pushing them under the hem of his dress so that he can grope her. She puts her arms around his neck, her delicate arm covering the wound on his neck. She makes a small sound to match the ones that he he had been making, to complete this scene, then looks back, calling out lightly,]
Is someone there?
/sob late
He stopped, barely noticing the waves of cold from his dagger. Yes, he heard the call - but he decided not to respond. Instead, he continues walking - more slowly, more quietly, trying to stay calm.
The prosecutor turned a corner, getting closer to where Diva was at a slow but steady pace. And hopefully quieter?]

The point is, she loves this smell and she is being drawn away from whatever else it was she was doing and is outside the bakery. And she is...she's...
She is licking the front window. ]
no subject
Oh, ew, she sees a girl licking the front window. Diva stares, momentarily speechless. Was she seeing this right? Was she really?
She doesn't even need a prompt from Grigori or a customer, setting her book down to trot outside, sounding rather distressed when she calls out to Terezi]
Ugh, what are you doing?? Stop licking the window, that's disgusting!
no subject
[ She is not stopping. She is not even glancing at Diva, although it would be silly if she did so because she is blind. ]

He hopes it's not rude to stand and listen outside the window. He really doesn't want to be rude.]

She lets the note waver, but then stops, the illusion disappearing with it. She turns toward the window, a hand set delicately on her hip, but she's smiling warmly.]

Good afternoon. [She remembers Grigori's lecture about customer service, so adds after a beat (and without a grimace!),] Can I help you?

Laura isn't one to indulge in luxuries often, even now, but she will allow herself the occasional pastry. With the amount of physical activity she engages in on a regular basis and now that she doesn't have her healing factor, it's more necessary to ensure she eats regularly. That includes carbohydrates.
She's mildly surprised when she sees none other than Diva working here at a bakery of all places. Sociable as ever, Laura nods her greeting rather than speaking.]
no subject
Hi... Laura, right? [She gives a little nod, because she's actually quite certain of her name] It's been a while!

C
As much as she finds herself harboring a dull sense of bitterness towards her like an old wound, she follows her nonetheless, slinking after her like her shadow as the sun sinks beneath the horizon. Her target, however, is making no attempt to be quiet, humming and giggling as she slips past the streets, into...an alleyway? What business does she have there?
Waiting several minutes, her steps are even and soft as she goes after her, keeping her head low so as to not be detected. Just where is she going?]
no subject
It seems like just a random sexual encounter, but before Moran might have been tempted to leave, the Faceless responds to her touches. His hands slip up past the hem of her dress, but she laughs, grabbing his wrists and pushing them against the wall.
Because Diva's back is to Moran, what happens is hard to see, but the slight sound of pain from the Faceless should make it clear enough. Diva bites into his neck, still holding his hands back with a surprising strength. He barely fights back, but a trickle of blood escapes her lips, visibly dripping down his chest.]
