Essentially, what they're doing is playing a game of Clue - an awkward parody without proper instructions. Shion filled the gaps in players with NPCs from around Loki, figuring that they're tricky enough to actually be fun to play against.
The only thing we need to know is that SCREW IT THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT because the rules are mostly MIA and that Shion draws the murder role first. NPCs can be as horrible as liked......it's Loki, you know. The setting is just sitting on the floor of her room, finding murderers.
[ Setting the box down and... ignoring the greyfaced NPCs - why did she think that was a great idea oh my god they're freaky - popping the lid open, then setting out the game board. ]
Heh, ready to draw your role? [ The NPCs are there mainly for extra... She only really wants to just play with Shu, after all. ] I'm a gentle girl, so I'll let you go first.
