What: Romania's a failure that lost to Korea in the drinking contest. He proceeds to metaphorically shove his money down Korea's throat by buying him dinner.it may or may not be a date

Rating: PG-13 is probably the highest it'll go. Maybe.
Eh? This restaurant looks unnecessarily expensive...
[Romania says this as he stands beside Korea near the entrance of the restaurant, looking somewhat perturbed at their destination. While he (maybe) had no intention of breaking his promise despite losing rather spectacularly at their bet, this is certainly stretching his generosity quite a bit. Romania continues to stare into the nearby window, grimacing lightly at the sight of the waiters that clearly oozed with sophistication in their smart uniforms.]
