What: Dicking around the Dark Carnival, trying to scare people as they pass by. Most interactions will be harmless, unless you'd prefer otherwise.

Where: The Dark Carnival in Hel District.

[You're walking through Hel District. There's no one around, and you think you hear bike horns...

[Out of the corner of your eye, you may spot him...]

Honkhonk! Honkhonk!

[He's following you, maybe...thirty yards back? He ducks around corners and hides under booths.

[He's gaining on you!]

Honk honk! Honk honk! Eheheheheheh...

[Maybe you'll catch him before he can do anything.  Maybe you'll hear the anticipatory giggling from a mile away as he follows you through the carnival.  Maybe you'll be ready when he jumps out at you from behind a booth.

[Or maybe you should have brought a change of underwear.

[Either way, he's noticed you, and he's coming.]

I finally have an excuse to use this icon

[The silence definitely clued her in. He caught a glimpse of a blood red eye balefully turning towards him as he struck. However, when he hitthere was enough force that she might not have been sleeping, if she weren't more than a bit tougher than she looked. As it was, she went down in a heap with a faint groan, whatever comment she'd been about to make gone from her lips.]

[Not that she would be able to tell anyway, but he doesn't exactly seem satisfied with his results...It's not that he wanted to kill her really, just that...Well, she had challenged him, provoked him, and, as usual, he hadn't been able to resist...It's not that he feels guilty about hurting her...but there's a certain amount of frustration that goes along with the usual mixed feelings after an assault like this.

[Luckily, he's really good at writing those feelings off and going about his business as if nothing had happened, so that's exactly what he'll do. Catch you later, Samantha.]
