[So after having "painstakingly" organized the details with the gf bosslady Ange (in which she clearly dissuaded him from staging the party in some bar), there they are at... their own place. To their credit, paid housing in Freya is rather spacious, not to mention waaaay fancy, so it's actually not a bad place to set something up. ...Admittedly it only looks decent because Ange's been the one directing: how the balloons and decorations are set up aren't too complex, but still manages to look good. Food now, on the other hand...

All take-out. It's ok Arihiko saved up for this but no one has to know, shh... There are a NUMBER of cans and bottles in those not suspicious at all brown bags behind the kitchen counter, but we can pull out the drinks once people start getting more festive. After all, doesn't matter where they are. If Shiki's been socializing here, then his bff can totally team up with his gf to throw him a small party with all their frans!!

--That was the general idea, yes, but a bunch of teens + booze probably isn't a winning formula, huh... BUT WHO CARES!! We'll deal with ~eventful occurrences~ as they come along. So in the meanwhile, JUST HAVE FUN AND GO WILD =3=/]

[ ‘We’ll get to the bottom of it sooner or later’ - more than anything, she wanted to believe in Ange’s words but some doubt clouded the corner of her mind, thus preventing her from fully believing the other girl’s words. More than anyone, she knew just how stubborn Miketsukami could be when in came to these things and often knew how to dodge the topic altogether by switching it to something else. He really was a sly one, that must she could admit. ]

When you say it like that it makes us sound like some undercover detectives about to solve a year old case. [ A joke, but knowing Ange’s life back home.. well, let’s just say those things usually happened exactly the way she described even years later. ] All we can do now is try and pick up clues.

[ At least now she was lightening the situation up just a little, if not just for her deadpan - it certainly made it seem like less of a big deal by now, at least. ]

[ Sherlock Holmes and Watson, huh? Even she had to admit that she liked the image of the two of them being partners in solving crimes, however she was quick to decide on who she could be. If this was how the two of them made each other feel more at ease when at a party, so be it and just smile and nod politely. ]

So long as I get to be Sherlock, I’ll allow this imagery. You, on the other hand, can be John H. Watson, my trusty companion and assistant in solving these crimes that have been laid out for us to solve.

Ah, I have to be the assistant? [ Despite remarking it, it wasn't like she was really complaining - it wasn't a big deal, after all, she was just pretending it was for the sake of going along with all this. ]

Isn’t it obvious on what I’m basing my character judgement for you on? [ Not exactly, but just roll with it Ange. ] You are more the type of person suited for the job of an assistant rather than the leader, furthermore you fit the image of ‘Doctor’ better than I do.
