[ France being France, he was expecting a large turnout of people to his Halloween "party", and so he prepared as elaborately as he could with the little money he had on him when he arrived. Plates of candies and other assorted sweets (including baked goods) are stacked around a large table outside the Freya house, and there is another special batch marked "ADULTS ONLY!! ♥" set aside from the rest. He's going to be keeping a careful watch on that one, so the children had better not snatch any, lest they do not want to be "tricked"!

Hidden away is another plate of extra sweets and requests that he promised certain people when announcing his party.

Let's assume he also somehow obtained Halloween costumes, and so the one he wears now highly resembles Peter Pan - he couldn't help but go back to the outfit he wore last year. Besides, Bulgaria was from a different point of time, right? He hadn't even seen it yet! As for England and Romania, he would deal with them if he had to.

And so France now bounces around in his Peter Pan costume. ]

Francis Bonnefoy's Halloween party has now begun!
