[closed] maybe tonight i'll call ya
Who: Pyro and Oswin
eggsterminate
What: Drowning various sorrows from a paper-bagged bottle like classy bitches.
When: Night 210
Where: Gefion Park, away from the Mushroom House
Rating: PG-13 - adult discussions, including sex, pregnancy and death.
[He's back in the park with another bottle, out by the lake this time, staring across its frozen surface and, maybe oddly or maybe not, thinking about Bobby and Rogue.
The couple who could never have sex. Even foreplay posed a problem. Pyro always thought Bobby was the dumbest guy alive for hooking up with her - but then, he'll never have this problem, will he? He'll have some wicked cases of blue balls, but there's no getting so horny that he'll forget all about a goddamn condom and take the chance of getting her knocked up.
And as much of a pain in the ass as she could be, Rogue is hardly Euri.
He takes a long swallow - vodka this time, another 40 despite the mess he made of himself with the last one - and glares out at the expanse of ice. As much as he hates to admit it, Thor is right; the ice is a giant piss-off. Just let summer come already so he can skip all the reminders of home.]

[She leans against him and then straightens up quickly.]
Also, not looking forward to walking back home totally drunk so I'd like to avoid this so for as long as possible.

That's where we're going, so if you've got a different plan, you'd better start walking on your own.

[But she keeps walking, footsteps heavy and supported by him, maybe smiling a bit.]

[He swerves a little, knocking their sides together, but manages to stay on track. It's sobering him up, having someone to - what is he doing? Looking after her? Covering his own ass in case the Doctor hears that he left her in just the state he described?
No, he's not scared of that Doctor guy. He's just a freak, a nutcase.
So why is he doing this?]

[Still she sneezes in the cold air as she says that and despite it all being a joke, is decidedly very glad about not being left in a snowbank to freeze. In fact, she presses herself closer against him as away to fight off the chill of the night and a way to steady herself. It's awkward and a little close, but at least she's warmer and not in danger of falling on her face when she stumbles every few steps.
It's funny how comfortable she feels with someone who is quite possibly a murderous psychopath. It's funny to die and wind up meeting a murderous psychopath who throws tantrums like a nine year old. It's funny that she's here at all. She laughs softly.]
Thanks.

[Not the most gracious response, but he's not entirely happy with himself right now. He feels a different sort of warmth from her closer contact - not heat, but warmth - and it's unsettling. It's fucked up, is what it is. She's a brat. She's not much better than Euri. And right now, she's dangerous.
He glances down at the top of her head again, brow furrowing.]
What's so funny?

[Not that she wants to. If he gets to mock her for getting sick which, let's face it, he will. She can mock him for being nearly nice.]
It's funny that I'm a dead girl brought back to life by gods to fight in a war and yet, I just went out drinking with a bloke, got sick in a snowbank, had to walk home, almost just like normal life. Well, normal life sometimes. Never thought I'd miss it.

Actually, yeah, you got me. Take out the home and some of that does sound familiar.

[She stumbles and has to grab him tighter not to pitch over.]
But tonight it was, dunno, actually felt fun.
