[ It may seem reckless to teach someone who looked as young as Conan to fight, but he could not turn away anyone who wishes to learn. That may be his own indignation speaking -- all brought on by what he had seen committed when that dragon attacked. If the Gods wished for there to be an army, he would create one not for their sake but the sake of those who wish to protect, who wish to not feel helpless in this world. That is all that he could do.

The sword swung a few times in the air, before he shook his head an merely held it in place. His nervous energy need not be present when he is to teach someone how to remain calm. And to see just what it is that Conan is capable as of now to fit a regime around that rather than force the young one to do more than his body can handle. ]

Yes. I fear I was overly zealous. That is my fault. I had talked to a young woman who had the same sort of fire as I did, but I understood that I am being foolish. It is best to leave things as they are now. You have good technique for the moment, and we shall expand on it with a weapon.

[ There is a small part that wishes that he was not as quiet as he was. It does make talking to people that much more difficult, but the rest of him accepts that this is who he is and it cannot be helped. ]
