Who: Daphne Allen [
marrying] and Castiel [
ofthursday]
What: 'tis the season! They're going on a date. A real one. In public. Ragnarok really is coming.
When: Night 400.
Where: The Freya district. :)
Rating: PG at the most, lbr.
Daphne decided that she wanted to go out on a date.
The chocolates in their home had reminded her that Valentine's Day was a thing -- and having never celebrated it before with her husband and wanting an excuse to dress up, Daphne decided that this was the night to do so.
So (without telling him, naturally) she made sure that they both had that evening off, and she bought herself a pretty dress (a spring green, because winter was dark and dreary and Daphne took her job of coloring the city very seriously), and she ensured Castiel had something nice to wear, and when he made his way home from errands, he would find his wife putting on a new pair of earrings, looking at her reflection in their hallway mirror.
"Hi, handsome," she greeted warmly, looking at him with a bright smile in the mirror. "Your clothes are on the bed."
