Lights will guide you home...
Who: Annie, Alex, Tom and Hal
What: A little family tea time, with bonus light show
When: Day 465
Where: The BH cast house, Sigyn 101
Rating: PG
Annie had been a bit skittish around everyone after the incident with her dying, becoming a ghost again, and then nearly killing the Doctor when she went all poltergeist again. But day after day she'd ventured out a bit more until she manned one of the Welcome Committee booths to help the poor, lost people that found themselves in Asgard. She still is avoiding the Doctor, but she'll get over it.
But for now, she's spending time with her friends. It really was like back home. Except this time she's alive and can actually eat and drink with them. And there's no telly, so no gathering on the couch to watch Antiques Roadshow.
Still, she's got tea, and what more do you need?
These glowing lights were strange, but they seemed harmless, and really rather convenient to find her friends and call them to tea. She followed the strands that looked like sunlight around the house, calling for everyone with an amused grin on her face. If they hadn't noticed the lights, they were in for a big surprise.
((Either prose or action spam is fine.))
((Sorry, I couldn't resist using this song for the title.))

I'll never forgive you for invoking The Coldplay o.o
Before he can decide what to do about this latest development, he hears Annie calling for him, Alex, and Tom. What now? Hal pulls on a jumper and peeks out of his bedroom only to find Annie already on the other side of the door.
"Everything all right?" Of course he's concerned. It would just do, wouldn't it, if Annie was a ghost again, or Alex had slipped into another coma?
It's okay. I will try to Fix You....woops. >_>
She took a step back, stifling a startled look at Hal looking so concerned. He had every right to be, what with the mess he found himself in when he arrived. Annie dead again and nothing more than a disembodied spirit, and then Alex in some sort of strange coma.
"Everything's fine, Hal," she said, giving him a smile she hoped was comforting. She never could tell with him sometimes. "I was just calling everyone to come have some tea. Everything has been so chaotic lately, we haven't had the time to all have some tea together, so I thought today was as good as any."
AAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGH /ignites your bones
"Er, Annie... do you have any idea about..." And he gestures to the strands of light emanating from them.
/grooooan Good grief.
"What? Oh! Right, um..." She looks down at the light and shrugs. "Honestly, I have no idea. Some bizarre shenanigans with the tree dying or something, I suppose. All I know is that those of us in the house seem to be connected."
you started it
He can only hope whatever it is, is a positive force.
"This sort of thing seems to happen quite a lot here."

This place really hasn't been kind to her. First the haywire powers, then getting killed. She just hopes that, now that everything is getting more organized, the gods will have more time on their hands to keep this crazy shit from happening quite so often.
"But...I don't feel any different. Do you?"

But he knows what she really means. The lights don't appear to be doing anything to them, just pointing out the fairly obvious.

Still a better life than dealing with Hatch.
"Well, yeah. There's that," Annie replies, tilting her head, "You're happy about that, aren't you? You don't have to worry about losing control. You can just be...yourself."
She grabs his arm with a smile and tugs him to come with her. "Now come on, the tea is going to get cold."
