Lights will guide you home...

Who: Annie, Alex, Tom and Hal
What: A little family tea time, with bonus light show
When: Day 465
Where: The BH cast house, Sigyn 101
Rating: PG

Annie had been a bit skittish around everyone after the incident with her dying, becoming a ghost again, and then nearly killing the Doctor when she went all poltergeist again. But day after day she'd ventured out a bit more until she manned one of the Welcome Committee booths to help the poor, lost people that found themselves in Asgard. She still is avoiding the Doctor, but she'll get over it.

But for now, she's spending time with her friends. It really was like back home. Except this time she's alive and can actually eat and drink with them. And there's no telly, so no gathering on the couch to watch Antiques Roadshow.

Still, she's got tea, and what more do you need?

These glowing lights were strange, but they seemed harmless, and really rather convenient to find her friends and call them to tea. She followed the strands that looked like sunlight around the house, calling for everyone with an amused grin on her face. If they hadn't noticed the lights, they were in for a big surprise.

((Either prose or action spam is fine.))

((Sorry, I couldn't resist using this song for the title.))

The lack of Antiques Roadshow, frankly, was the biggest disappointment to Hal upon coming here. Not that he hasn't had other things to occupy his time since. Such as, waking to find he's got a glowing... umbilicus of some sort attached to him. Hal regards it bemusedly for a moment, not sure whether he should be alarmed or not. Coming to Asgard has most definitely changed his perception of 'normal'.

Before he can decide what to do about this latest development, he hears Annie calling for him, Alex, and Tom. What now? Hal pulls on a jumper and peeks out of his bedroom only to find Annie already on the other side of the door.

"Everything all right?" Of course he's concerned. It would just do, wouldn't it, if Annie was a ghost again, or Alex had slipped into another coma?

"Of course." Hal smiles, relieved (and, yes, a bit amused. He knows how much Annie loves her tea.).

"Er, Annie... do you have any idea about..." And he gestures to the strands of light emanating from them.

He can't help but think of the Trinity when she says that, even if there are technically four of them now. Ex-vampire, ex-ghosts, ex-werewolf... and yet something seems to know they still belong together.

He can only hope whatever it is, is a positive force.

"This sort of thing seems to happen quite a lot here."

"Other than being human now?" Hal quirks an eyebrow with a small smile, though it still disturbs him, what with the Hatch associations. Annie wasn't there to experience that, fortunately.

But he knows what she really means. The lights don't appear to be doing anything to them, just pointing out the fairly obvious.
