OPEN ϟ I chime in a with a
Who: Killua, Gon, and anyone who wants to come visit!
What: The boys have decided to get an apartment together and have just recently moved in. Any friends who may come looking for them would have gotten a message with the address, so... Housewarming shenanigans welcome!
When: Day 548 and/or 549
Where: Loki Apartments, #103
Rating: PG at most?
It's not like they have a lot of stuff. The place isn't too big, but it's plenty, and it's theirs, and that feels kinda cool.
Maybe it's a good thing they haven't got that much stuff though. Gon's boxes are scattered about despite Killua's nagging for him to unpack, and there are already dishes in the sink and a stray sock or two (mismatched) peeking out from underneath the bed-- so, basically, they're already doing a good job of making themselves at home.
Most importantly, however, Killua has managed to procure them a little flatscreen TV from somewhere and even some games--and things to play them on, of course--since Gon is horribly uneducated when it comes to video games. He barges in loudly, kicking the door open, and immediately goes to set things up in front of the slightly musty couch.
"Gon! Where are you? Get in here!"
He may have also forgotten to close the door.

"Are you trying to take my title? No way!"
Bam. Pillow to the face. And Killua's going to hold it there for a couple of seconds, as if to prove his point.

In retaliation, Killua presses harder. Gon will be fine. He knows exactly how long it takes to kill a person, after all, or even get them to lose consciousness. It's totally safe.

"You can hold your breath a long time, huh?"
no subject
"... You play really dirty, Killua."
no subject
"Speaking of... Wanna play the racing game now?"
no subject
His own pillow was left behind. Never mind what he brought it for this time...

"If you do lose, you have to wash the dishes aaaall month," Killua decides with a grin, elbowing him in the ribs.

Gon's shoulders bump against Killua's. He nods his head, and sticks his tongue out.
"Okay. If you lose, you have to clean the kitchen the entire month!" He spreads his free arm out for emphasis.
Implying that they would clean anything in a timely manner.
no subject
Yeah, nothing's probably getting cleaned.
no subject
Probably not. Their apartment was going to be gross...

"Okay, okay-- Ready?"
no subject
Gon grips his controller, sending Killua one last grin before looking to the television. ... He's still fairly new at video games, but how hard could it be to beat Killua?
no subject
And he was... happy. After everything that had happened, all the mixed feelings and concerns, he really could relax again finally and enjoy himself, enjoy their time together.
He was really happy that they had this place now.

After playing for what felt like a long while, Gon looks to Killua with a wide smile before jumping upwards and stretching.
"I definitely beat your score a few times. Did you see?" He's rather proud of himself for doing so, too. "I want to play again soon!"

Killua groans, bending backward to crack his back (as if he hadn't grown up forced to endure stress positions all the time). He grins right back at Gon, acknowledging.
"Alright. I guess you're better than I gave you credit for. I'm getting hungry though... What do we even have for food?"
no subject
"Hey, Killua. Weren't you supposed to do the grocery shopping?" Why was he asking him for?
no subject
Who knew where the chart had gotten to, though. Or if it was accurate.
no subject
That chart was a weird idea, anyways. Why did Killua come up with that in the first place? They should just come up with who did what when the time came.
no subject
Killua sighs loudly, mostly for show, and hops up on his feet. "Don't get all worked up, geeze. I'll go get us take-out or something. What do you want?"
no subject
"What about that one place we really liked when we went? We could get that."
