Where: Library; some meeting room.

[Iceland is clearing books away, because he isn't leaving them in here to be ruined. He's here very early, but that's just because the meeting happens to be held where he works.]

[Iceland can't help but get a bit quieter whenever Sweden is around; his first thought is always of the stories Norway and Denmark told him when he was young that always made the nation seem like some horrible monster.]

[He wanders in also, sauntering with his bag slung over his back and a travel mug that smells pleasantly of hot tea in hand.]

[ Taiwan peeks in the meeting room through the gap in the doorway. These aren't the nations she usually meets with. Her heart's beating fast. Ooh, she's so nervous! Better rehearse her entrance. ]

[He's completely oblivious to her rehearsal. He just nods and strolls over to her with a stack of books in his arms.]

[ There isn't much else to say to that! She follows him inside the room. ]

What are all the books for?

[Iceland can't hear her, so it just looks like she's peeking in like a creeper.]

[Just sitting here someplace close to Finland, watching everyone while looking scary. Really, what else did you expect? He also has a bowl with cupcakes sitting in front of him, clearly offering them to everyone. Wanna try one?]

[Finland, in the meantime, is glancing nervously around the room. He really hopes that they'll be able to have a civil discussion today, but, well....]

[France is too busy reading a smutty romance novel; aka what he does during actual meetings back home on occasion. He had to take advantage of this being a library in a foreign dimension after all. New material...

[Since the meeting's actually pretty boring, what better way to liven things up--er, have something important to do than to bother France? Don't mind him, he's peering over his shoulder.]

Of course that's what you're reading. [But, given their recent row, he leaves it at that and sniffs lightly. He shifts very awkwardly and shoves his hands into his pockets.]

[Well..someone overslept a little. Canada rushes into the meeting room after about a half an hour of actually trying to find his way around the place.
