Fresh air on his face felt amazing.

Balancing on the tiles of an uneven roof? Nnnot so much.

Yes, he'd promised he would be careful. And hey, he was healed-mostly. There was a touch of soreness here and there, but it was nothing that could stop him or even slow him down. Which was good, seeing how he was currently running on top of assorted houses, learning to balance by experience and trying not to fall too badly. All of this was brought on by a certain troll's goading, and Ichigo...well. He wasn't one to back down from a challenge.

So maybe you run into him while you're also on the rooftops for whatever reason. Maybe you see him running from the street and yell up at him because he's being an idiot and he's probably going to hurt himself. Or maybe you run into him when he's actually resting on the ground and decide to strike up a conversation with him

Either way, he's just happy he's outside and not in a tiny room.

[Well. That makes Ichigo startle a bit, looking around rapidly before spotting Ezio on the chimney.

Then, of course, he does his trademark scowl at the older man, looking away sharply.]

[He tilts his head, amused.]

Though it is promising to see you learn. But you must be careful- I do not want to see you return to the hospital so soon.

Ichigo pauses for a second as Ezio says that, then gives a huff.]

It'd be my problem if that happened, not yours.

[Basically? "Don't worry about me."]

Si. Most people do not take a challenge to be a bird quite literally.

[And he just smirks at that reaction, closing his eyes.]

Of course. But there is only so many times I can visit you before even I tire of the same white walls. Or they begin to lock the window.

But he shakes his head, standing and stretching at the second.]

My window was locked when you got in the first time.

And he laughs as the second statement, coming down from his perch and walking towards Ichigo.]

Si, I was locked out. I never said it would keep me out.

[And at that, he pauses, a grin forming beneath his hood again.]

How long have you been practicing?

[Oh. He knows that grin.]

For a little bit. Why?

[...He's going to try to start a chase again, isn't he. Ichigo's already starting to gear up for it.]

[And a hand goes on his shoulder.]

Then perhaps I should not say much at all.

[There's a slight shove at this, and there he goes-]

You're "it," amico.

[HE KNEW IT.]

Again?!

[But this time, he's ready, and immediately sets off after Ezio, trying to keep his balance on the uneven tiles.]

[And he's laughing, keeping an eye on his pursuer, noting how already he's picked up on how to move much quicker.]

If you feel it is necessary, don't be afraid to use your arms for balance, Ichigo. The lower you are to the tiles, the easier it is to move.

[There's a pause as he leaps across another rooftop, then runs across the tiles, holding his arms out as an example.]

[Man, he's going to be sorry he ever gave Ichigo that advice. Ichigo copies his movements, speeding up a bit as well.]

[sicarius]

[Ohohohoho, will he? 8) There's another leap and a jump, and oh look, there's a rope crossing which he's running across now.

Just going to keep moving, and climb buildings when the gap is too far.]

[Well, With Ichigo's little speed technique, he doesn't need to climb. He'll just make that spectacular leap and land-

Except he winces when he hits the rooftop, hand fluttering up a bit to his stomach. Okay. Ow. That one hurt. He needs to be careful, as it's still tender.

But he quickly straightens up and continues the chase anyway, ignoring the slight bit of pain now shooting up at him.]
