[Lively, pleasant music hangs in the air around you as fireworks explode in the sky above. There is a tempting aroma teasing at your nostrils. Where is it coming from? Those long tables at the center of the plaza, overflowing with food you love. Craving anything from home? You'll be sure to find it there.

[Look around you. What do you see? Carnival games. Hundreds of Carnival games, including a dunk tank, and all for free! Carnival games not your thing? Why not give the dance floor a try? That music is awfully catchy, and just look at all those stunning lights!

[She eyes him curiously, not quite sure what to say. That's the kind of declaration she likes instinctively; in an obscure sense, it promises both autonomy and support. But that sense is obscure because this is a guy who she doesn't really know. Coming from Minato, it would be a welcome balance, and she can't help but think he must be pretty perceptive to have said something like that.

Or maybe it's a coincidence; or maybe it was the natural thing to say. It's not exactly the words or the sentiment, but the tone that he adopted, too, that convinces her that he doesn't doubt that she does take care of herself, and yet that he's also sincere about... offering help? Not that she needs any help now. In any case, she can't be quite sure, but she's decidedly struck by it.

So she laughs again, and then says, seriously:]
