[ Scenario A, day 155 ]

[ Well! Out of all the weirdities that usually happen in Asgard, this one is pretty tame. Hanako could only watch in mild bemusement as her entire garden had been piled by tons and tons of plants that grew out of nowhere. No matter how much she tried to cut some of them, they re-grew soon afterwards. Is this yet another trick from the gods?

The bright side is that she can control these things, at least. Because the Doctor's words were still lingering in her mind ever since they started training together, she decided to do more with her powers, and suddenly this whole situation comes in handy big time.

Whoever happens to pass by the zone around Sigyn's welcome hall will see her and a line of neatly modeled plants shaped like various... things, with a very overzealous corgi dog barking petulantly at them like they're monsters trying to attack her owner. ]


[ Scenario B, day 156-157 ]

[ At first intimidated by the rush of animals invading Asgard, Hanako will then wander around the public area with Nashi at the leash once she's sure everything is safe. Though sometimes she has to stop her dog from barking at some sheeps, she's mostly there to check the animals out and give them a pet or two. They're (not surprisingly) more easy to interact than fellow humans, on some level. It's like the whole city became a large petting zoo, it almost amuses her. Definitely a breather after all the crap that's been going on. Feel free to bump into her and Nashi~ ]

[ This event really is for Sigyn people isn't it, goodness. It's a struggle just to get out and walk around with all this vegetation and with a tiny bit of a cold it's even less fun :c so it's kind of neat/a relief to see someone able to do something with all this.

It's the sound of Nashi barking that draws Roxas over instead of continuing on his original path to see Euri since she is all about plants too.

Just let him climb his way around some of the more fervently-growing plants here oof ]

...Hanako?? Are you....whoa. [ holy botanical aestheticism batman!! ]

[ She was in the middle of shaping another set of vines like a butterfly, and his call interrupted the process halfway through. Wow Nashi he's not another plant monster don't bark at him! ]

Yeah...holy cow Hanako, did you do all this?? [ The overgrown plants and the sculptures ]

[ There are no cows here Rockass... yet. ]

Er... yes. To practice, mostly. [ Welp you're the first person to see this, it makes her self-conscious... ]

[ She will find James directing the animals to a place of richer grass and plants. He was, after all, a shepherd and his skills are still sharp as he runs around and directs them easily and somewhat gently.

He will nod at her as she passes, a smile on his lips. ]

Good day, my lady.

[ Obviously she's a little put off by the kind of greeting this stranger gave her, but she'll greet back anyway, politely and with a little nod of her head. Hanako still doesn't feel very safe when she personally meets people she never saw before. Talking to them on the network is way easier.

Nashi trots a bit close to the man, trying to smell his scent from that distance. ]

[ She looks somewhat startled and he already regrets being so forward. In the Enchanted Kingdom there was much cause for concern but the last few months were spent in the company of his people and his friends and that on top of his nature has caused him to be more easy going, less suspicious. There was the Queen of course and other enemies who James regarded with plenty of hostility but not a young girl and her dog. ]

Forgive me- I didn't mean to startle you.

[ He glances at the dog, offers her a smile. ]

His name?

[So many... cows...

So many, that Xion has more or less followed a herd of them until reaching Sigyn, and is now staring at them in mild fascination while feeding them some of the overgrown plants that are still in the area. Hanako might not recognize her, seeing as she's no longer hiding her face, but she certainly recognizes Hanako and Nashi when they pass by. It takes her a moment to remember her name, still holding up some grass to one of the cows.]

... Eh?

[ Yes indeed, she doesn't recognize the girl. Blinking rapidly, she's however going to address her politely, while Nashi... well the doggy recognized the smell, and is going to run over to Xion happily! ]

Good morning... ah I'm sorry, do I know you perhaps?

[When Nashi runs over to her, Xion kneels down immediately in order to scratch her head. She's momentarily confused by not being recognized, however, before she quickly remembers that she wasn't being secretive about her face anymore. Duh.]

Oh, sorry. I'm Xion. We've met before.

[The shopping trip had been a while ago, but hopefully she would still remember.]

A for dogs, all the dogs

[It's a very good thing Euri's decided to pick a route through Sigyn for Dog's walk, because she'd be heartbroken if she missed those plants. As soon as she spies them she's wandering on over, breaking into an amused grin when she recognizes Nashi. And Hanako! Well, that explains the appearance of those plants.

Dog is following behind her, taking longer because he has to stop and sniff everything that's become overgrown. But eventually he'll make his way over and bark in greeting at Nashi.]

Hanako, those look amazing.

[ LE WOOF! Have a bark in response, Dog-sama. Nashi will rush over to tackle the other dog and lick his face. ]

... Hello, Euri-san. [ Hahaha... a little embarassed. Maybe she should have done this in a more solitary spot where people can't see it. ] I'm just practicing my powers.

[Dog will flop over onto the ground, so Nashi can actually reach his face.]

Really? You're lucky. I wish I could do something this amazing. [She's totally envious here. Growth is so much better than energy transfer.]

[ At a certain point Hanako might notice a familiar girl - she seems pretty taken in with one of the yaks, surprisingly enough. Either she's really happy after the whole situation from her last post or she's just surpressing worries, but either way she's smiling right now as she's happily feeding the animal some of the plants.

When she spots the other girl though, she waves. ]

Hey, hey, Hanako! And.. oh, who's that? [ looking at Nashi.. ]

Oh, hello Yuki-san.

[ She notices the radical change in mood since last time they talked, and wonders if Asahi solved her little love problem. It feels impolite to ask, though. Better think of nothing... she's got troubles of her own after last night's drunk escapade. Nashi tilts her head at the stranger, staring up with her puppy eyes. ]

Her name is Nashi, my pet dog of a couple months... she's a corgi. An old friend of mine gave her to me before he was sent back to his home world.

Ah, she's so cute..! Ah-- [ petting the yak one more time, and then she turns to him as if she's talking to him. ] Wait right here, buddy, I want to check that dog out!

[ ASAHI, IT'S AN ANIMAL, NOT YOUR NEW BFF. But she's running over to Hanako and Nashi instead, getting down on her knees so she can stare at her better - she's laughing. ]

Wow, yes, really cute.. heh, the two of you make a good pair!

[ mako swings by again on 157 (he's actually going out to buy dumplings, and the best place actually is in the district.) he pauses, once, to cut free a sheep coat from the fence it got caught on with a flip knife — there's that ominous pause where he fishes the thing out of his pocket and pops the blade, then crouches down behind the fence, where the pathetic bleating is coming from. the shhk of steel through wool, and

sigh bad sheep, no. that's not how you thank people for helping you. mako doesn't regret his helping it, just pries the sheep's mouth open and pulls his scarf out. as he stands he checks the end for any torn or snagged threads, and the sheep skitters out to go eat more stuff. he sighs, fold his knife back up, sticks it back in his pocket, and continues... on his way.

COME AT HIM, CORGI ]

[ WELL, WOW. Hanako is distracted by other sheeps at a short distance, but her dog didn't let it escape her sharp eye. Nashi trots over as far as her leash allows, and is now staring at this guy with her head tilted. What did he just do to that sheep? What is that thing he's holding? Hi there stranger human, let me sniff at you... ]

[ hi corgi thing... mako pauses again, and leans down to offer his hand for nashi to sniff. if she lets him, he continues by scratching briefly behind her ears, then goes to stand.

[ Jasmine is standing next to a couple of cows, who are chewing cud in a docile fashion as she examines them. She hopes this didn't occur because of Red and Ethan buying out all the milk in the city. Nonetheless, they were quiet creatures, save for the occasional 'moo', and reminded her of the Miltank ranches near Olivine.

and then...

SUDDENLY THERE'S A GROWLITHE BARKING AT HER??

No, wait, that's not a Growlithe, but a ordinary, fireless dog. And it's with Hanako, added to that. ]

Hello, Jasmine-san... yes, she's my pet dog and her name is Nashi.

Nashi? It's...nice to meet her. [ She smiles, but it's slightly strained because of being subjected to the barking. Jasmine knows it's only the dog looking out for its friend, though. ] I suppose she must be intrigued by all these animals that have appeared.

It's bordering on useless to attempt to ride a bike through all of the sudden new greenery, so Shion is gingerly stepping over vines on his way to the friendless losers' clubhouse when he sees Hanako and Nashi. What's the harm in stopping to talk to a friend (and definitely not pet her dog, why would anyone think that)?]

[ Eeeer... she would have rather nobody saw this, but what's done is done. She looks at him with some embarassment. ]
