OPEN - bad when little, worse when tall
Who: Regina and open
What: Shortly this, this, and this, Regina ends up stabbing herself to avoid losing control of herself.
When: Later in the day of 155
Where: Gefion park!
Rating: TBD
[It's amazing she's made it this way without collapsing. The spare bandages she has to take care of her arms work on her stomach, up to a point. Of course it hurts, and it's sad how use she is to pain. There is color now, sort of speak, a thin trail of blood shortly followed her and she's not sure when it started.
When she looks down, her hand is blood red and the blood has bloomed brightly against her white robes.]
What a pity to stain these.
[The woman utters softly. Inexplicably to herself, she feels a slight tear roll down her cheek from her one good eye. She can't stand like this much longer, and even then, she refuses to fall over. She braces her body against her spear, to stop herself from falling to the ground. With a strain and bloodied hands, she pulls out her satchel for more bandages, despite knowing it won't work. She's not even sure how deep she inflicted the wound on herself.]
What good are you, Gwenhwyfar? Nothing to absolutely anyone.
[She can't. She can't at the moment when tears fall against her robe. It finally hits her.]
You can't even get back to Cymru let alone stop yourself from dying. It's suitable for you, isn't it? You miserable half-blood.

Pausing, she could see a figure nearby, hunkered down and braced against a spear. Her eyes widened and she made her way towards Regina, trying to keep just enough distance that it would take a throw to hit her. Once she recognized her, the nerves started to crop up. It wasn't like either of them were safe around each other.]
Regina?!? What the hell happened? Do you need help?
no subject
She can feel it now, the pain that never really registered as something real up until now. The only response she gives to Samantha at the moment is a strained groan and a sob.]
I refuse to let it control me, I refuse to hurt him!
[She winces from the outburst.]
I did whatever means was necessary to keep it under check.

Shit. This was past what her poultices could handle, past it thoroughly. She kept one with her nowadays, just in case she got in trouble, but it would only do a little. Even Ritsu was more effective right now. Hastily, she got to her knees and scowled, pulling at the garment while grabbing one of her own bandages.]
Hold still, Regina. God-damnit... you cannot be serious. We've got to stop the blood flow. Damnit, damnit damnit. What the hell did you do? You ... you could have called.
[Admitting that was a little terrifying, but she had meant it the first time she'd offered.]

[She starts to gasp for air, clutching her chest. Just about the only thing this poor woman could do is roll over, holding herself in agony. Just the thought of losing control two days in a roll seemed too much for the woman.]
I couldn't-

[She growled low and tore at the fabric, ripping it out of the way and strapping the poultice to where the blood was deepest, tying it as tightly as possible.]
Got to get pressure on this. You are not allowed to lose consciousness on me, do you hear me?

[She stiffly inhales, her hands twitching at the side. The woman pulls her bangs in anger as she continues to cry. She doesn't want to remember any of this and a sad, little part of her thinks she deserves this. She just wants to go back to that miserable pit of snakes called Eire. To be with Morrigu, her only friend, but with him most of all.
Regina holds back another sob at the thought. She doesn't want to be married off with someone like that.
How could anyone hurt so many innocent people?
That boy? Oh, that boy's eyes filled with horror and anger, the two things she knew so well as a child. Running and running from the woods. Regina would rather not die today, but she has no objections to making it worse. After all, she deserves it.]

We're a fucking pair. I am not letting you go, so you can just fucking live with this. Hopefully it closes the wounds just enough to let the bleeding slow so we can get you to the hospital.
...
I'll tell them to restrain you.
[That would help her, at least a little bit. She wouldn't need to worry about attacking anyone during that, after all. If they gave her a blindfold, she couldn't use her powers for a while and she could just relax.
Pulling tight, she let the herbs do what little they could and tested to see if the bleeding looked like it had slowed at all.]
no subject
No more restraints, no more. I am done with them. I won't go anywhere.
[She couldn't go back in doors, not after this. After all of that it feels as if Regina can't trust a soul in Asgard again. Regina suddenly jerks away to emphasize the point.]
no subject
Damnit, Regina. I want to help you, but I can't heal this. I can get the wound closed, but I need a healer or the hospital to get you right again. Do you want me to call someone?
no subject
[She makes the situation even worse when Regina starts to thrash. It's not as strong as she usually does, but it's to the point where she can't be forced to go back in.]
Leave Merlin out of this!
no subject
[She pressed hard at the shoulders and pointed a finger at Regina with eyes that glittered in the dark night air of the park.]
Hold the hell still. You won't go to the damned hospital, fine, but don't reopen the wound more. You're only making this worse. I don't know what the hell's up with Merlin, but there's a shit-ton of healers in this town.
I'll call Castiel or Watson... maybe Hisao. One of them's got to be available. Just, god damnit, hold still.

One minute.
[And so the dialing began...]
2/2
Hisao's on his way. I don't know how much he can do, but if you hold still this ... we might be able to do this here. I just need you to stay conscious Regina. Please.

You... aren't allowed to die on me, Regina. I'm sick of people dying on me. I'm sick of caring and people ending up still dead in the end. Stay with me, do you hear me, you stupid damned stubborn half-breed?
no subject
H-Hey - I'm here!
[He whiped some sweat from his forhead and blinked a few times, taking in long slow breaths. Luckily he'd been in the Odin district so it had been a much shorter run than it would have been were he at his welcome hall.
His eyes went wide, however, at the sight of all that blood.]
Oh my god!
no subject
[She was holding the wound closed as best she could, but whatever paltry power the herbs had, they'd done what they could. The half demon had a worried look on her face, given that Regina had been struggling to stay awake for a bit now.]
Just... don't put yourself at risk too, ok?
1/2
[Ooc; I am gonna include Lancelot in this! If it becomes too much I will have her pass out, just lemme all know!]
sob I'm sorry I'm so late feel free to ignore ;-;
When he notices her, he runs to her side, catching the end of her words.]
Regina? Regina! [His hands immediately reach for her face, trying to get her to look at him, to see in her eyes if death truly is near. It's always in the eyes, they reflect it better than the wound itself. He won't let her die, he swore, he won't let another friend down.] Look at me -- you're going to be alright --
never
♥
But no. That's all he could offer her at home. Here - here he can do better than that and gently he tries to apply what he's learned in the teacher's council.
He can take upon himself here. He can be of actual use.]
no subject
Give Hisao room to use his magic. She ... she won't go to the hospital and there's limits to what we can do right now. If you're a healer too, though... you two team up. That would help a lot. I can't call in the big guns.
[She had said not to call Merlin after all.]
no subject
He chewed on his tongue, doing his best to breathe deeply through his nose as he put his hands close to her - not touching, but with maybe half an inch of air between his skin and hers.]
Just hold still, OK? I... um... I'll do my best.
[He was glad he'd reached level two recently. If he was at level one still, he'd be of less use than a good, long bandage. His hands started to glow, warmth radiating from them in soothing waves. He closed his eyes and tried to imagine flesh binding back together, cut skin becoming smooth and unbroken. He owed her, after all.]

Regardless, Regina's eye was flickering. She hadn't said any words in a few moments, remaining frozen in her position, which was grabbing Lancelot's arm to keep him there. She gives a resistant twitch again, almost pulling her head back and giving another frustrated groan. She didn't deserve this type of attention, she thought. Not ever.]
no subject
[He doesn't have time to ponder their presence, or any of this. Right now the only thing that matters, the only thing he focuses on is Regina. He failed Merlin, he failed so many people. He won't fail her. He knows it's for the man bearing his name in her world that she trust him, but still he will die to save that trust if he must.
Thank heavens that he had recently progressed to level two as well.]
If you heal some and I take some -- she should be on the mend. [She will be. She must be.]
no subject
L-Let me heal it a little more first, otherwise you might wind up with just as serious of a wound. Once we're done healing her, I'll heal whatever you take on as well.
[That seemed logical - basically splitting the seriousness of her wound into two smaller injuries.]
no subject
In the back of her mind, she reminded herself to get the other fellow's name before this whole thing was finished.]

This is the first time he does it with a wound of this caliber but it shouldn't matter; he's been learning from Castiel. He can do this.]
no subject
Once he was satisfied, he turned to Lancelot and looked down at his stomach. There was indeed a wound there and he started work on that, warm light extending from his hands.]
My name is Hisao Nakai... thanks for coming to help. I'll be honest, I don't know if I would have been even remotely useful without your ability reducing the wound.
no subject
Hopefully, the worst would be over once the two of them were done.]
