A very merry undeathday to you (and me)
Who: Scott/Stiles + Everyone in this bar
What: A Wake/Undeathday party
When: 310
Where: The Roadhouse
Rating: Tentatively putting up an R merely for language and whatever else anyone might get up to.
Anyone affiliated with Scott, Stiles, or possibly more due to glitches and/or random oopsies will wake up with this in their inbox.

The back reads: Come celebrate the fact that we're not dead. Anymore. There will be food, drink, really bad stories, possible pantslessness (though I'm wearing 2 belts), and more hijinks than you can shake a stick at. The Wake will be held at the Roadhouse and should be starting around 5, but come at your own pace. Bring a story to share or some pie. Actually, screw the story, just bring pie.
Seriously though, Derek and Jackson can get lost.
{ooc: This will be an open mingle log party style post, so please feel free to start your own threads or hop around in others. Threadjacking is likely, as is ridiculousness. Enter at own risk. Party crashers are also more than welcome, so even if you don't think you got an invite, come anyway.}

He flushes, looking down at the counter. Well.
"I'll just wait until we get back to Hel. But yeah, she's- kind of like my sister, I guess."
ANNOY WHAT EVEN BRAIN *ignore
"It's fine, seriously. But I wouldn't mix the two - drinking and weed? Not always a fun combo." Jo tries to give him a kind of reassuring smile, before she shrugs. "That's the only reason I don't really like having it around. It can make people act more crazy than they might."
It's the little sister thing she can relate to - more Erica than anything, but when she looks back over to where the other blonde in question is, enjoying herself and all, Jo smiles a little back at Isaac. "So I guess that makes you the older brother type, huh?"
hahaha no worries!
"I figured as much- I just feel bad that she can't, you know- drink. But yeah... I dunno." There's a pause there, as he considers it, scratching a nail along the wood of the counter thoughtfully. "She was... uh, in my pack back home, but it was different. Shifting changes people. It changed me, and it changed her- the person she is here hasn't been bitten yet. When she first got here, it was like I didn't know her at all. But now, we're... we're closer than we'll ever get the chance to be at home. I want to protect her from everything, but I can't. It's weird, I dunno."
He sighs. "I guess that makes me like an older brother. At least here. At home, the girl I knew, we were more like twins- if that analogy makes sense."
no subject
"I don't know much about...packs. Or pack dynamics." Which isn't a complete lie. All she knows has to do with hunting and killing them, and it doesn't say much about inter-pack dynamics. "But as shitty as this city can be? It'll do wonders for building things you'll never have the chance to back home. You just don't want to smother her or anything- she's got her own life to live and all."
Jo snorts a little when he continues, shrugging. "Yeah I don't know about the analogy, but sure. We can go with that."
no subject
"She's epileptic. Hence the- medication." Isaac shrugs, glancing back toward Erica again. "...I don't know. The bite cures her epilepsy. Makes her happy for awhile. But sometimes, it feels like all it did was give her another mask to hide behind. I miss her, but I like this human part of her, and- I dunno, it's all just kind of a big, confusing mess."
no subject
"You're like family, right? Wanting to get to know her, even the her you didn't know before, is totally normal. Not gonna get into how she changed because I don't really know her, but you wanting to protect her and hang out with her makes sense."
no subject
"Yeah- exactly like family. She had a seizure right before the ice attack, and I kind of lost it for awhile." He sighs, resting his chin on his forearms. "I told her some really bad things. She... it doesn't end well for her. I feel like it's partially my fault, I don't know. But- god, this is depressing."
He shakes his head, taking a deep breath and trying to change the subject.
"What's going on with you recently anyway?"
no subject
Jo smiles a little when Isaac sinks down to lay his chin on his forearms, half tempted to reach out and ruffle his hair, but deciding against it. Instead she just shrugs, picking up a rag nearby and wiping down the counter in front of her. "Not much, actually. Just trying to keep everyone together, thanks to that whole ice attack."The ice attack was rough on everyone, from what she's heard, but Jo had buckled down. Attacks in any form were getting more and more normal for her, and she and her family almost had a procedure at this point.
She smiles a bit at him, though. "And now I'm throwing the entirety of Beacon Hills a party. So I can't really complain." It's an exaggeration, yes, but a fond one. "Scott was very persuasive."
no subject
"Well- he does that. I think it's his defining character trait. But at least we know how to party, right?"
There's a pause, as he watches Stiles' drunken antics, before Isaac cringes and turns back toward her. "On second thought, don't answer that."
no subject
"No one's broken anything, so I guess I can't complain." The second that comes out of her mouth, though, she knocks on the bar. Just in case. "But I like having people around the bar, and if they all know each other, it's even better."
no subject
"It's nice. Sort of a community feel." And then there's a pause, because there's not much more to say to that, and Isaac tries to find something else to say.
"-I met Sam Winchester. A few weeks ago, actually. He says he knows you?"
no subject
She pauses a second at the topic switch, needing that half second to remember that the Sam Winchester in question is indeed her Sam Winchester and then she just breaks out into a very fond smile. "Yeah, we know each other from home."
The thought that Sam knowing Isaac might be dangerous crosses her mind - only in that she doesn't know how Sam would react if he found out - but she figures Isaac has it handled. It's his life, and she really doesn't have the right to even worry about it, does she?
"How'd y'all meet?"
no subject
"He made a dumb post to the network. We argued about it for awhile, and then I was in a tight spot and needed to talk to someone. It sort of snowballed from there."
There's a pause, as he stops to consider what to say next- he doesn't want to bring up the W word if he can help it, not when things are going so well, but Isaac figures that it's important to let her know where he stands on this whole... feud thing.
"...he thinks something is up, but he doesn't know exactly. I don't plan on telling him- it's not like it's a big deal here anyway."
no subject
"He's a good guy. He and his brother- we worked together back home."
Her tone dips a little then, a little more serious than she'd been moments before. While Sam would definitely be the better of the two to talk to about...understanding this sort of thing, they're both hunters. All hunters. And where she might have decided to shift her view on things, she can't speak for them.
"It comes down to whatever you want to do, but I'd watch out for them. Maybe not Sam, specifically, but his brother- Dean. They're both great guys, don't get me wrong, but I don't..." Jo trails off, worrying at her lower lip for a moment before shrugging. "They're some of the best hunters I know. Just be careful, okay?"
She knows Isaac can take care of himself, and she doesn't want him to think she's...what. Worrying about him? She doesn't know, but before she can think too much on it she's shaking her head, trying to move the conversation along. "How did I come up in conversation, anyway?"
no subject
"...I won't say anything to him." And that's about all he can promise. He hadn't expected to say anything to Jo either, but the city forced it out of him, in the worst way possible. Hopefully, it wouldn't be true with Sam- but if it comes to that, Isaac is prepared. He's been training with Sophie, has a high leveled offensive power, and he knows that Scott and Derek and Erica would all back him.
He just hopes it doesn't come to that.
At the second question though, there's another silence, this one a little more uncomfortable, if possible, a little more personal. Isaac fidgets, taking a drink before shrugging his shoulders a little lamely.
"E- someone I know dies. I found out about it while I was here, and we... kind of got into a fight about it. I ran away and called Sam." Isaac takes a deep breath. "Wanted to ask him about people he knows. About being helpless- about... I don't know, how you can look someone you love in the face and know you can't save them."
