Equius, would you please just shut up for a minute? (Closed)
Who: Equius and Nepeta
What: A Moirail Playdate... with the sound turned off (Gentlemen event)
When: 344
Where: The Carnival in Hel
Rating: PG at most
Equius was not one to give up lightly. He'd agreed to a playdate with his moirail after that entire fiasco with the croakbeasts and their mother glubbing blather, and by glob he was going on a playdate. He stood impatiently in the front hall of their shared house and proceeded to holler. Then he remembered. That's right. He couldn't speak.
This solicited a growl and rumble in his throat that produced no sound. That, in turn produced another soundless snarl, which led to a wordless roar, which led to a lamp being shattered and him having to draw a new one on a napkin before Nepeta came down.
Breathe...

The rides would serve as a good distraction for a while at least.

The next ride was something like a centrifuge, spinning round and round. They apparently liked being dizzy here.

...and they didn't even number them like sensible people.
And what in glob's name was a bark-beast doing being made out of corn?

Humans were strange.

...however, he decided then and there that he wanted to ask someone about this.
