Who: Elizabeth & YOU!
What: she said she wanted to cook, so she's going to do it! there may or may not be a certain smell of smoke coming from the kitchen...
When: Day 371? a day after she made that network post.
Where: Odin kitchen! but anyone from any district is welcome to come by!
Rating: G for GOOD COOKIN
[she must've borrowed at least a dozen cookbooks from the library to find just the right kind of recipe she'd like to try. a cake was what she wanted to make originally but figuring that would've been a tad too messy for a first try she ultimately decided on going with cookies. just simple, chocolate chip cookies.
at least she thought they'd be simple.
apparently reading & starting another recipe while one is baking isn't quite a good idea because then one loses track of time & well--]
Oh--! No, the cookies!
[Elizabeth rushes to the oven, opening it to find her cookies burnt to a crisp. in a hurry she reaches to take the pan out but forgot to reach for an ovenmit in her frenzy.] Ow...
[the burned fingers go into her mouth while she groans, turning the oven off before staring at the charred black mounds that she had hoped would be cookies with a pout.]

[Elizabeth sighs but pushes herself up from the floor and dusts herself off.] I'll just have to be more careful and focus on one thing at a time.
