OPEN; THE NEIGHBORS CLUB WELCOMING PARTY
Who: Anyone interested in attending the party announced a few days ago. Hosts of the party include Kodaka (
mishaps), Sena (
meatshields), & Yozora (
playerkills). This also includes those who signed up for the speed friend making activity and other club members! Anyone who is even slightly interested in the club may post in the log (but please, only those who signed up for speed friending event participate in it!)
What: The Neighbors Club is having a welcoming party/practice party! Hooray for activities and welcoming back Kodaka to the club. Please ignore my fail of typing the event as speed dating as it is speed "friending" my bad!
When: A few days after it the initial party announcement post.
Where: The Neighbors Club Room located in Sigyn.
Rating: PG-13 AFAIK!
[Kodaka had left most of the event planning to Yozora and Sena as it was actually something that kept them busy. Kodaka knows when those two are idle and bored, bad things happen and they just end up fighting. He's actually surprised how much Yozora has taken this party thing seriously... and he's still shocked that it's technically meant for him. He's had birthdays with family members and school members, sure, but nothing like this; he's never had friends throw a party for him. He assumes Yozora throws the party for practice mostly, though.
He places a tray of onigiri (with various stuffings such as salmon, chicken, and picked vegetables.) down on a table next to a bowl of punch. There are cups and plates also on the table. He hasn't made this much food since he was back at home, and he actually doesn't mind. It's something for him to do, and without school and Kobato around, it feels like chunk of his life is missing.
He looks at his bracelet and realizes people should start coming in soon.]

[ but he does reach over to help her with the water ] You're making me sick just looking at you. Just sit down and I'll bring you some weak rice balls to eat.
no subject
[ downs everything then gasps for air it is like she is drowning in people ]
Go hold hands with your girlfriend. [ yes because that is the furthest couples can ever go ]
no subject
but he doesn't seem to care that much, just gently nudging her towards the chairs ] Stop being so stubborn. You look like you're dying.
no subject
I'm not stubborn, I only dislike attention. That's all. [ ... ] Who was that girl? [ The one looking at him who was looking at Yozora who was looking at Kodaka who was looking at Jessica. ]
no subject
he does reach over to push the hair out of her face, though, in a movement that actually is not flirting for once, just that he's not really paying attention and it would be something he'd do to himari. so what he's got a thing for sick little sisters he does what he wants and what he wants is apparently to hold up the cup of water for her to drink ]
no subject
The one you didn't flirt wi--
[ yozora freezes in place when he offers her the cup. she would have gotten more flustered, but it's not the kanba she's used to, and it's been a while since she's received anything that seemed like an act of kindness, so she lets it slide. ]
A-ah... thank you.
no subject
himari had a big forehead okay ] Like I said, you'll have to be more specific. You watched me during the speed friending, didn't you? That's a sufficient amount to be confusing.
no subject
[ She is trying not to let him get to her so much, but he is, he really is... eyetwitch! ]

You should eat something before you faint.
no subject
I won't faint - it doesn't work that way for me. Anyway, it's not as bad as you think. [ She just wants to get out of this unfamiliar situation quickly. ] Go.
no subject
Ah, hold on a moment, you have something... [ he leans forward to brush back a strand of her hair, but his voice is all jokes and happiness again ]

no subject
You just had something in your hair. Are you hurt?
no subject
[ ignores kanba's hand and gets up by pushing herself off the floor. ]

You're nervous around large groups of people, aren't you? There's a name for that.

Why did you hold a large party when you can't even handle something half this size?

...Kodaka...

Another one of those long light novels.

Fortunately, there's always the love rival to bring back some energy.

I'd be a perfect love rival for your heart, though.
