[open] ☽ Tea Room Mingling Log
Who: Anyone who'd like tea or company.
What: An open mingling log.
When: In the days shortly after Baldr's post
Where: the Hrafn Tea Room (in Odin District, near the library)
Rating: Likely G, but PG at most?
The Hrafn Tea Room's design is simple and shows its owner's taste for blues, greens, and grays. It's only here and there that the warmer color of Odin district shows itself in brief glimmers, such as on the aprons of the staff. Most of said staff are natives, but they have rather more color than most. Perhaps it's Yuri's influence, but like him, they are also quite polite, prompt, and dedicated to their jobs. They are welcoming in manner without being overly cheerful.
Located so close to the library, the tea room is very friendly to readers. Off the main seating area is a separate, quieter reading room, with many comfortable chairs for the use of those who wish to read or study in relative peace and silence.
There is a hand-lettered sign in the window that reads "Help Wanted", in neat, elegant script.
The proprietor himself can be found at a table at times, sitting alone more often than not, thoughtfully enjoying one of his own blends and perhaps a book.
[[ooc: Open for all to linger and mingle, to relax after recent troubles. Anyone in search of employment need only approach the counter and ask for the owner, and he shall appear. If you'd like to have a closed thread with someone, no problem! Just mark it as such.]]

I'm not that great either since I lost my place in the war.

Aaaand uhhm. I think it had to do with opportunity, stars, and dreams. Vague stuff like that. Mainly opportunity though. Usually I should be able to create a field that shows you the possible outcome of a different decision and its percentage of success.
no subject
That must have been useful! In fact, I bet everyone back home would love to have that ability.
no subject
But it does have its other purposes depending on how you use it. [ Like deceit and stuff. Great for war. ]
Enough about me! What about you? If Kaz is a demon, you must be something not human, huh?
no subject
That's still weighing in her mind as she blinks at Yifei's questions.]
Oh - yeah, I'm a Witch. And not just a human who can use magic, Witches are completely separate from humans in my world.
no subject
Interesting... I've never met a Witch before other than reading books. Somewhere deep inside me I'm hoping you don't curse someone if they wrong you in the slightest. [ Aka she kind of expects Euri to be that type so she's going to cock an eyebrow. ]
no subject
Oh, I wouldn't! [That comment makes her smile sweetly.] Not here. I don't have my black magic, after all.
no subject
... That's not really reassuring!!

I am hoping I'm not one of them. [ SHIVERS. Scary, scary thought. ]
Though I'm guessing two of them would be this Diva... and, I guess, Claire.
no subject
Correct! I know exactly what I'd do to them, and it isn't pleasant.

Let's go with something more relative since we can't use any of that here... Which house are you in?
no subject
Yeah, fine. I'm in Freya. What about you?
no subject
I'm in Hel, yeaaaah. [ Hahaha. ]
no subject
Oh! Same place as Kaz and Vanitas, then. [Conan too!]
no subject
Along with Dog. ]
no subject
[So she and Kaz can knock boots.]
no subject
I can't let Kaz and your other friend hog all the attention. [ >: ]

I should get going now though... I'm starting to get hungry.
no subject
Yeah, yeah, go eat. Next time I'm over at Hel house I'll knock on your door.
