Where: the Hrafn Tea Room (in Odin District, near the library)

The Hrafn Tea Room's design is simple and shows its owner's taste for blues, greens, and grays. It's only here and there that the warmer color of Odin district shows itself in brief glimmers, such as on the aprons of the staff. Most of said staff are natives, but they have rather more color than most. Perhaps it's Yuri's influence, but like him, they are also quite polite, prompt, and dedicated to their jobs. They are welcoming in manner without being overly cheerful.

Located so close to the library, the tea room is very friendly to readers. Off the main seating area is a separate, quieter reading room, with many comfortable chairs for the use of those who wish to read or study in relative peace and silence.

There is a hand-lettered sign in the window that reads "Help Wanted", in neat, elegant script.

The proprietor himself can be found at a table at times, sitting alone more often than not, thoughtfully enjoying one of his own blends and perhaps a book.

I'm not that great either since I lost my place in the war.

So?? That's still way more than most humans have accomplished! What kind of god would you have been? Were you fighting other candidates?

I am human. [ DKSJSFKD. EURI WHY. You do not talk about the war. ] I'm... not sure what I was fighting anymore, but the main gods were chosen and everything.

Aaaand uhhm. I think it had to do with opportunity, stars, and dreams. Vague stuff like that. Mainly opportunity though. Usually I should be able to create a field that shows you the possible outcome of a different decision and its percentage of success.

Huh. [It sounds complicated, but at the same time....]

That must have been useful! In fact, I bet everyone back home would love to have that ability.

It's quite the curse though! You get to see the life you could have had when you can't have it... You get bent on things that will never happen and you keep checking on it as if it'll change things in reality. It doesn't change, you have made your choice and that's that.

But it does have its other purposes depending on how you use it. [ Like deceit and stuff. Great for war. ]

Enough about me! What about you? If Kaz is a demon, you must be something not human, huh?

Oh - yeah, I'm a Witch. And not just a human who can use magic, Witches are completely separate from humans in my world.

Interesting... I've never met a Witch before other than reading books. Somewhere deep inside me I'm hoping you don't curse someone if they wrong you in the slightest. [ Aka she kind of expects Euri to be that type so she's going to cock an eyebrow. ]

Probably! If I got them back here there's a whole bunch of people I'd hex.
