What: Hugging event.
When: Days 89 and 90.
Where: Loki District, including Sky's Prize.
Rating: M FOR MOE.

He's trying to tug away his arms again, but it really doesn't make a difference no matter how many times he tries. Out of frustration, he continues headbutting Axel...because that will accomplish everything.]

while he's thinking the words, he closes his book and tries to begin to inch his way over to the nearest surface he could discard it on. this is what a day with axel would be like: getting dragged everywhere. this is not how you want to spend your day, ??? ]

No, of course not. It may be the obvious solution to this problem, but I certainly wouldn't suggest that.
He's seriously debating on digging his heels into the floor so that they both can't get anywhere, and he's not afraid to hide it behind his wall of static either.]

But he is attempting to give Axel some wiggle-room. While his arms won't budge too much, he can at least create a little room between his back and his chest.]

he's thin enough that he doesn't need much room, but it's still slightly difficult to inch his way around to face ???. and once he sees that short little hooded figure (that reminds him so much of something he can't--) it's game over. because that urge has set in and he's bending down and pulling dataxas into the tightest embrace and maybe he's getting a loud reading on how embarrassing this is for him. 8| ]

Well...he can clearly read the embarrassment coming from Axel's side, but he's...not exactly sure what to do or feel or anything for that matter. And for the first few seconds he doesn't do anything or feel anything: his mind is completely blank except for the static. A few more seconds and the static's growing more wild and out of control as if ??? was trying so hard to keep something out of view. It's beginning to leak out though; anger, sadness, pain...Not enough to be overwhelming, but there's definitely traces of it as ??? tries to keep the rest out of sight.]

[ now what is that all about? he wonders this carefully guarding his thoughts, of course. the question marks that make up access' display name grow more appropriate by the day.
anyway, that embarrassment starts to wear off and in its stead is a few seconds of confusion followed by absolutely nothing; he's got mental walls he can build too because that hug stirred up some not!feelings that he isn't interested on sharing. but on the other hand, the leak of emotion from dataxas is curious, and makes him a little more determined to find out who he is, but for right now ...
... oookaayyy. the mental silence is broken by a familiar air of frustration that he's all too quick to share with ??? to make the mood a little less awkward. or to open the lines of communication, because he's rather stuck at the moment which is annoying for him, being the taller half of this big ball of whatever the hell this was. axel's arms tense around ??? and other than that, do nothing. he tries to ease back up out of the embrace, but again, this is to no avail. when nothing much else works, he grunts and rolls his eyes.
Hate to say it, but I told you so. Now we've gotten ourselves stuck in an even less-favorable position. ]

But he does try to turn them around so he can get towards the counter. Sadly, even standing on the tips of his toes doesn't help too much with trying to get a seat on the counter without the use of his arms.
But still, no real response yet. He's trying to figure out where the influx of Roxas' memories are coming from.]

seeing as how he's lost the book he had in his hands from sometime in between hugging him and getting to this point, he's free to at least attempt to help him with his endeavors, lifting him off the ground enough to make it easier for access to make it the rest of the way himself. ]

But between Axel's talking and the flood of memories that he's trying to suppress, creating messages in his head is a lot harder to manage without frustration slipping out.

his shoulders hunch forward a fraction completely by reflex to the sensation access is giving him and he bristles, letting out a huff of air. it takes some willpower to not retort with something on the same level of snark on the spot, but he manages, riding out that brief moment of irritation by drumming his fingers impatiently against ???'s back.

No, this is not happening. Any closer to the truth and who knows if he'll system crash or not. Even if they only seemed to happen at the mention of Xion, he had to be cautious; he can't let the pain get the best of him, no matter how much the part of him that's Roxas wants him to let everything go.

He even leans his chin on his shoulder (not caring at all if this would make things even more uncomfortable because they sort of crossed that line a long time ago), and he turns on his bracelet for a quick scan of the network.]
