When: Days 89 and 90.
Where: Loki District, including Sky's Prize.
Rating: M FOR MOE.
[Open log for anyone who happens to be in the Loki district during the hugging event! Hop in, tag other characters, and/or make your own threads. Thread starters, please make sure to include your character's location (Welcome Hall, streets, shops, etc.) and the exact day (89 for general hugging, and 90 for sticky hugs) in the subject line for convenience.
