Who: Anyone! Poketopia workers, visitors, customers, ect.
What: Right what it says on the tin: an open log at the Pokemon-themed cafe, Poketopia! There's gonna be a seperate thread for new workers, but otherwise you can go crazy. Order food! Check out the cute girls in maid outfits! All that jazz. If you're interested in applying OR want to see the menu, the cafe info/signup post is here!
When: All day on day 115!

[ those are the first words that your character will hear upon entering the red and white-decked cafe interior. the smell of baked goods has filled the air, and bustling male and female workers are busy waiting on tables and rushing back to the kitchen for new orders.

on the windowstills, flower pots have berry plants growing in them. cards are next to the plots, giving the names of the berries and their flavours. feel free to try one -- just stay away from the spicy berries, unless you want to breathe some fire.

don't feel as hungry as you thought? relax and kick back in the lounge portion of the cafe. you won't be able to order food, but our waiters and waitress will happily get you something to drink. but if you do feel like eating something, take a seat! your server will be with you momentarily with our full menu. ]

BEST HAT, LUCAS. Red is just kind of looming behind him with his uniform and fancy Pikachu with a bow tie. Pikachu obviously jumps down onto Lucas' head though since its vacancy is tempting.

oh.... Pikachu hi. Lucas just smiles at that, glancing up at Pikachu as he talks to Red.]

[ Piiiii! Pikachu lies down on Lucas' head because of the weight of Red's head. Might feel a tingling, vibration noise because Pikachu is just going chaaaaa piiiikaaa. ]

Not as fancy as the hat you get to wear. [ How does it even stay up?? ]

I didn't say that hat was bad. [ SHEESH--oh, what the hell? Red noticed Darkrai coming closer, but doesn't exactly do anything different from what he is dong.

Pikachu also notices and greets his friend with more Pikaaa pikachu! while he's being sandwiched. ]

You brought Darkrai with you?

[Darkrai speaks up to its friend, basically saying I want to join the totem too ;;]

Ah, I did. I don't think it ever got to see me make poffins before, so I wanted to show it.

Oh. [ Red has nothing against Darkrai, but he think if Lucas doesn't explain to some of the customers, they'll get scared... He's just staring at the Pokemon, right now. At least it isn't huge or anything.

Pikachu gestures Darkrai with his paw that he should join! Just place his head on top of Red's and they can become an even better totem. ]

I want to see too.

[Darkrai is pretty scary after all. But Darkrai perks up at that, and now it's going behind Red......... and now even more totem going on.

Omg Lucas is getting crushed.]

Ah...? O...okay! [it's almost strained, the way he says it...] I'll show you..!

P-pii...kaa...!!! [ Pikachu is lightly clawing through Lucas' hair now, also getting squished, but Red is going to lift his head up now. Is that better, guys? ]

Sure! I'm on break but- I can go back a little earlier.

[ More like they follow after Lucas while walking--no, just kidding. It's only Pikachu that is still on Lucas' head. Red is just going to look up at Darkrai for a bit before following after Lucas into the kitchen.

TIME TO WATCH A MASTER CHEF HAT AT WORK. ]

And Darkrai stares back at Red.

Anyways, he's grabbing his hat, putting it on and walking towards the back of the cafe.]

Maybe you can try too one day. [at baking them.]

[ Lucas gets all the hat titles. ]

... Maybe with your guidance I won't burn them. [ One day, people should just watch Red try to cook and somehow burn water--no, just kidding. He isn't that bad, but he has no experience.

Red is just... staring at Pikachu who is technically under Lucas' chef hat. Did you forget the mouse is still there?! Pikachu is like... making swimming movements now. ]

You might burn them the first time, but that's okay!

[no he knows Pikachu is there, but like he cares. The Pokemon can stay there under the chef hat as he makes the food 8)

If you say so. [ Darkrai, don't be like that. Red will gesture Darkrai to come closer with one finger! You must watch your trainer work his magic in his new Pikachu hybrid chef hat. While Lucas tends to the food, Red will give you pets and attention. ]

Oh, at least Red is giving Darkrai attention..... it likes that yo.

Lucas goes over to the mixer, and pretty soon he starts to add in some ingredients for at least that base for the poffins. Okay he needs a berry! He goes over to look at all the other berries.... crossing his arms he tilts his head as he scans over them, Pikachu probably has to hang on a bit more from him tilting his head.]

Let's see.... certain berries pretty much make the poffin be so good.

[ C'MON, LUCAS, YOU ARE THE MOE BABY OF THE CAST.

When Lucas tilts his head, Pikachu is caught off guard and slides off his head, but then clutches onto the back of Lucas' uniform like a koala... Meanwhile, Red caught the chef's hat by leaning forward.

Hm... Berries. ]

What's your favorite combination then? [ Red looks to Darkrai for a bit before placing the chef hat on it. ]

Geh! Oh sorry Pikachu.... Lucas just goes to grab one of the berries.]

I don't exactly have a favorite, I just mix and match and just have a feel for which berries are right, you know?

Lucas just tosses in some berries, now he's grabbing the thingy to mix it with.]

[ Red will catch it again... And put it back on Dakrai. Pikachu on the other hand rockclimbs Lucas' back to retrieve his throne on someone's shoulder. ]

You're pretty flexible. [ Making sure the chef hat is on Darkrai correctly and it's all puffy and stuff. ] I knew someone that was really picky with what they eat.
