Yggdrasil's calendar is finally making the transition from winter to spring and to its New Year, and the natives are throwing a celebration for themselves and the travelers! The barren white field leftover from Freyr's demise has finally sprung to life with flowers of varying size and vibrant colors. Ornate festival stalls have been set up all over the area - there are games, local and exotic foods, and entertainment of all kinds.

The celebration will last two IC days, and more details can be found here!

What: After getting the (handwaved) word out, the day of Asgard's city-wide snowball war has begun. Alliances will be forged! People will be pelted! And most importantly, fun will be had.

[The snow sure is nice, isn't it?

Well as of today, there's also a festival to keep the fun going! In the park there are tables upon tables of delicious snack foods and drink from every world imaginable. A stage has been set up and musicians both local and from the allied regions of the world will be playing there day and night. If a Traveller would like to perform they'll also be given the opportunity to take the stage.

Since many of the allies from the big battle are still around, the sights, sounds and smells are extra varied this time. There will be people from all over playing games, ice skating, and generally doing anything wintery outdoor funlike.

For the House banquets on the evening of Day 196, there will be separate logs, so keep your eyes peeled!]

Who: Naminé and EVERYONE.  No, seriously, if she's spoken to the other character more than once, she's likely to have a gift for them.  Passersby also welcome.
What:  Namisantané has got a lot of gifts to deliver.  Better get on that.

[ after her brief and cryptic message to Hope, Hilda had already started to make her way to Gefion Park. the "thing" that she was to give him is cradled in her arms, nestled into a warm blanket. keeping it out here in the cold probably wasn't a good idea after all... it needed proper incubation, but the blanket would be a good substitute until the tradeoff.

she arrives at the entrance of the park, opting to sit on one of the benches to wait for her friend. he should be here any minute now! ]

This is a catch-all log for everyone who decided to spare their characters from horrible deaths or possessions or what have you. Someone saved your ass from dem monsters or pulled you out of your cozy room and stuffed you in a shelter where you're going to stay for God knows how long, until the threat is gone.
