What: Someone thought it'd be nice to add some instant color to the drab walls of the city.
When: Day 123
Where: somewhere in Freya, not too far from the welcome hall
Rating: G, but may go higher depending on the threads.

[ When one finds his or herself wandering around the Freya district, he'll see that half of this one street has been covered in color. More specifically, paint. Bright hues of red, yellow, blue and green greet each and every passerby with the intricate yet pleasing shapes and patterns they form. Some are characters from cartoons from Japan. Others are inspiring quotes and proverbs written in Chinese and Korean. Many windows and doors have stuffed toys of the cute characters themselves to give the area a more welcoming feel. Why don't we just show you some pictures? ]





[ You'll find three individuals painting this work in progress. They look busy! But what's there to do in this corner of Asgard? You can comment on the little details of the paintings, or praise them for their work, even! Maybe you have a request for them to paint on the city buildings. Maybe you scold them because you think that - gasp - this is vandalism! Or maybe you can decide to be just as much of a vandal and ruin their masterpiece. ]

[ She looks worried and confused for a moment, then she proudly declares, ] I'm doing this to help the city!

This is what they wanted, right?

Don't you think that if they could just paint it themselves, they would have?

I think painting can help, though. It's something that happened in my country. Years ago, an old man came across a village just as dull as this city! So he decided to paint it and stuff. Not too long after that, students from the nearest school came to visit it, and word about the village started spreading around since then! Nowadays, people from all over the world come to visit the village every day, and I think they give it lots and lots more color than it had when it had no people at all!

[ he finds a patch of wall clear of wet paint and leans agaisnt it, running his fingers through his hair in a nervous gesture, but just watching her paint now

[ She hums quietly as she adds some detail to the deer. ] You should make your feelings clear to them before you do anything else. You don't want anyone to get upset.
