[Well, Castiel is nothing but honest -- but the honesty is refreshing, sometimes, and a slight amount of weight dissipates in his chest at his admittance. The only thing Sam can do now is to fight back against whatever took him under control -- and to do that, Sam needs to figure out what, exactly, he is dealing with. Castiel doesn't seem to know, so he'll need to figure it out from someone else.

Until then, though, Sam forces a ghost of a smile before he takes a deep breath, to center his focus.]


You should go home.

[Sam only responds to his suggest with another faint smile -- an acknowledgment, but nothing more. Sam doesn't sleep well on good nights -- sleeping now is pointless.]
