[What with the strange forewarning, and the overwhelming bloody intent of the dragon's arrival, and the doomsday lighting of the sky... yeah, he feels a little unnaturally calm right now. He's not sure how he'll feel later.

The name 'Oz', though, snaps him to attention in a moment and he takes in the one speaking again -- black hair -- 'Raven'?

Another glance up at the sky, just to make sure.]

It seems to be drawing closer to the central district. [A small shake of his head, as much to clear it as anything; it's actually pretty smokey up here despite the overall lack of fires very close by. He should get down soon.] And... as for Oz... I'm sorry. I haven't seen him today.

Gilbert stumbles forward as a few people run by him, one practically running him over in their attempt to run off to safety. Still, he stands his ground, ignoring his current surroundings to focus on the one on the roof. The information on the dragon is made note of before assessing the information on Oz. 'Today'. That means this other knows him, right? That's at least a little helpful and Gilbert calls back.]

But, you know him?! If you see him, try to get him to stay put! [He sounds a bit desperate at the end of his sentence, very much doubting anyone would be able to keep Oz from running off and doing what he feels needs to be done during this chaotic event, but it's worth a shot.]

[True to his word, Allen's making his way back down from the roof; he emerges in time to see Gilbert getting half-run over and... well, okay, motioning for him to get over to the side of the street now that he doesn't have to stand in the middle to yell up in the air.

And looking a little apologetic for various reasons:]

I'm afraid I only know of Oz. But, I am willing to watch for him.

[Though he can't vouch for the 'getting him to stay put'...]

[Gilbert follows the other to the side of the street with the motion to do so, biting his lip in contemplation at those words. So he doesn't know him personally... that would have made things too easy.

However, the fact that he's willing to watch for the other makes Gilbert give a small sigh of relief, giving a sincerely thankful look in response. Even if he can't get him to stay put, just the fact that he's willing to help out makes Gilbert feel a little less alone and a little less hopeless in finding Oz before he gets into any trouble.]
