[ Like all previous club meetings, this one is guaranteed to end terribly. Not that our dear club president has learned her lesson. Yozora makes it twenty minutes early with a small book about public speaking in her right hand. She looks very serious and sullen as she reads it. Makes you wonder why no one approaches her, huh? In the meantime, everyone feel free to mingle and make friends! Oh, wait...

[ Once the clock strikes two, Yozora Mikazuki takes her place in front of her audience. Look at all that confidence! That air is only because she believes everyone here is at the same level as her. In the same situation as her. That's right. At this moment, she was sure that none of the people before her had any friends. ]

All right, I've never done a real speech for this club before and I know half of you are already dying get it over with so I'll make this quick. In the middle of our second year at St. Chronica Academy, I, Yozora Mikazuki, created a club for all of us pathetic lowlifes. As dictated by the teachings of Christianity, those who attend the same school should treat their fellow students as their kind neighbors - with acquitted friendship, sincerity, and engage in caring and meaningful exchanges - that’s the goal of the Neighbors Club... was what I wrote down on the club application form to make it official. In truth, what we want to do is become people who, until now, we only ever hoped to be. That is, people who have friends!

[ pause here for dramatic effect ]

In the Neighbors Club, we expect our members to participate in various activities which aim to hone skills needed in preparation for a fulfilling life with friends. Soon, never again will we have anyone pity us for being friendless. Past activities include training camps, playing video games, practicing conversations, going to karaoke bars, playing games... We will do continue to do the same in Asgard.

Hmph. [ She looks around. ] Any questions? For those who've just arrived, membership is free except for that slab of meat in the corner. She has to pay one million yen.

INTRODUCTIONS

Alright, well some of you might already know each other but that doesn't count! Right now, these are the introductions that matter! Consider this practice because as everyone knows, first impressions count! Not everyone is lucky enough to have my superior genes to create the maximum best first impression, that's why I'm generous enough to have come up with this practice session. Leave out boring and useless facts ok? Just say your name, your house and where you came from before you were brought here! Hobbies too unless you're going to say something idiotic like "talking to myself" or "studying"! Then tell us what kind of friends you'd like to make.

Does everyone understand that? You'd better! The divine Kashiwazaki Sena doesn't like to repeat herself.

Ah, I'm just so nice. Fine I'll lead us all off. I'm Sena Kashiwazaki of that shitty lowborn germ-populated Baldr house! I'm from Japan and I like playing Tok*memo and other games like that! I'd like to make female friends! Boys aren't good for anything but to be furniture!

Anyway, on to more important matters. Looking at our current situation, I doubt the success of this chapter of the club. [ Like they were ever successful in the first place... ] Meat is regrettably dirt poor, and I'm too unfamiliar with the city of Asgard that I can't even name a single karaoke bar in my own district. Honestly, I'm ashamed of myself. [ SHE IS LEGIT SAD. ] Until further notice, I'm afraid we can't practice our karaoke skills.

But aside from our usual activities, maybe the fresh meat have some ideas in mind. So I'm opening the board for suggestions.

So some of you might have already seen it on the network --- and I know you saw it you zoo animal molester! --- but I've been scouting for the best location for our clubroom! Baldr and Loki are automatically disqualified because Loki has already been contaminated by that damned Yozora's fox face! Thor is out too just from what I've seen! If you have any preferences, you'd better say so now. Don't worry about how we'll get the space! When making your suggestions, keep in mind that we want to make sure we pick a safe district since our cute Lucille-chan and others have to walk to get to them!
