[Welcome to the city of Asgard. Now that you've woken up and been given your welcome instructions (as per the FAQ), what will you do? There are a good number of other new arrivals being shown to the gates, and for today the plaza that surrounds the castle is open for mingling. You could also head to your Welcome Hall (details here) and meet your Housemates if you'd like. Whatever you decide to do, have fun getting settled into your new home!]

[No name is given in return - he really doesn't see a need at this point in time - but he does note the other's quick reflexes and adds it to what he's already seen. Instead he eyes the man a moment longer, then pushes to his feet with a naturally fluid grace.

Calm gray eyes level with his as he arches a brow.]

Have you found your gilded cage yet, Yuri Petrov? Or would you like to barter a guide?

[His eyebrows go up a little at the guide comment. Not a naturally trusting person, to say the least, he's somewhat suspicious of this offer, but he's willing to give the man the benefit of the doubt.] What qualifies you to serve as a guide here?

Been here a few days already and I know how to get to all of the supposed 'god' houses. Either way... [He cuts his eyes back and smiles a bit.] guess you can call me Nezumi.

Nezumi. I thank you for the offer, but I'm sure I can find the appropriate house on my own, so there's no need for you to guide me.

[He has no desire to accept guidance from someone who would "charge" for such a small favor, or to be in anyone's debt, and he prefers to rely on himself, in any case.]

People being what they are, there will likely be work for him to do here, as this conversation reminds him. He must set his personal worries and doubts aside and focus on othert matters.]
