But spring is really pretty! There's a bunch of fruit and flowers and the animals come out more.

There are flowers that grow in winter too, you know? And what, snow isn't pretty?

It's pretty, but it's cold. And cold can be dangerous.

Only if you don't know how to deal with it. Winter is fun. It means snow ball fights, riding sleighs and making snowmen!

We worked. It's not as busy as spring, but we had special green houses for growing food in winter.

[He sighs and runs his fingers through his hair. It's not something unheard of in his world, but that doesn't mean he has to like it.]

In spring too? no school, no games?

Everybody works. You get punished if you don't.
