Feel free to try to fight him or the fires he leaves or to otherwise panic!

[ Wow so Hawke thought there might not actually be a place with dragons. Not to mention one like that. He knows better than to attack it while it's flying, so he holds off on that. For now.

And dragons that can talk? That's new. Normally they just stomped around, slaughtering people.

So he'll be tracking the dragon, seeing if he has an opening - which, sadly, doesn't seem likely. ]

[Have another dragonchaser, though he's having some difficulty keeping track of it in the city -- even as conspicuous as it is, the rooftops tend to block everything if he stays in the street.

But it's not like he can leap from roof to roof or anything. That's just absurd.

So Allen will just keep following as best he can, jaw set and eyes on the sky. When he spots another Traveller several times in his running, though, he finally slows--]

... Pardon me, sir? Do you know which way the dragon might have gone?

[ He glances down, then back up at the dragon - a tiny part of it's tail, really. ]

To the north. Try not to follow the fireballs.

[He blinks at the line about the fireballs, then shakes his head, reorienting himself.]

I suppose the fireballs will have to be dealt with, eventually. Despite this city's other oddities, I do not think it is immune to fire.

As far as I know, there are at least two who were once dragons in the city. Perhaps they will know how to deal with dragonfire.

People who could become dragons? [ Hawke wants to be a dragon. ] I knew one, once. I've fought them before as well.

No, rather, they are dragons who have become people. [Hawke please don't become a Gundam dragon one is enough right now. Anyway, have a curious look.] You knew a person who could become a dragon, yet you fought dragons?

Not all of them were actually people. Most were dragons who liked to eat people. I just thought it would be cool to be able to fly about and all that.

[And yes, there's someone else chasing the dragon too... Though this one seems to have a notebook and is frantically trying to sketch the thing as she moves around, being... surprisingly agile for an ordinary little girl, yet still being pretty much completely left behind. There's a sigh as she loses it again, which is... about when she notices Hawke.]

That... would be correct. They don't exist where I'm from, outside of stories. It shouldn't be able to fly according to the rules of my world, either.

Oh, there's no question that it's flying, I just can't understand how.

They have an immense amount of muscle, probably hidden behind the shoulder. That's about all I know of their biology.

That's the obvious solution, but the amount of force required to create lift for something that size isn't exactly something that's normally possible. Or rather, it should take up so much energy that it's hard to imagine it doing anything but eating and sleeping.

Of course, that's assuming that it doesn't have some other gigantic things to eat, but then those gigantic things need to eat something as well, so... It's hard to imagine how it can survive, to be honest.

Still, if we can get a good sketch of it, we should be able to figure out some weak points from it.

...only anders can't actually heal the same way anymore.

(which might be for the best; he was so distracted by all the justice and the vengeance that sometimes he forgot to heal people from time to time. maybe more focus will actually be a good thing.)

[ He sighs. It's annoying trying to follow this thing around the city. hoping it just... flies off somewhere where it won't hurt someone, gah. ]

It's probably hard to find the time with everyone always attacking them instead of asking so politely.
