END OF ARC 1: DAY 173 DOWNTIME

[Two days of battle have been harsh. The hospital and the Arena are both nearing full, and the smell of charred wood still remains from the few buildings set on fire in Freya district by a dragon on Day 168. Nothing is truly quiet, but this is another welcome break in the violence.

The only question is: how many more cycles can we survive? Though we did well yesterday, it's clear that we'll be wiped out soon if nothing changes.]

Oh, I see. You could ask other people about the parts you don't remember. Even if some parts are unpleasant, we can't get rid of them completely.

It sounds a little weird to do that, and- there are things I would rather forget, but still...

Well, hopefully you'll have time to decide. [ Hopefully. If the war ever ends...and even then, what would happen afterwards? More fighting, or the end of their experience in Asgard? Who knows how much time they had...there was nothing to do except vainly hope. ]

We will only know after all this will end... [ A sigh, and she turns back to the view. Nothing is certain, and this conversation seems not to have a point since they don't know what will happen next. But if she has the time to pick up that diary again, she might do it. It really depends...

She can barely hold back a yawn. It's getting dark and late. ]

I think... [ She too can feel the effects of the setting sun and the feeling of 'finality' - of a sort, though she knows not what - in the air. She turns to Hanako. ] ...It's about time to get some rest. I'll leave you to it, Hanako.

[burntviolet]

[ A small nod. ] I'll stay here another bit by myself. Please try to rest well, Jasmine-san.

[ironclad]

I will. And...you too.

[ One last look out at the scenery, and she turns and goes back down. At least she doesn't trip this time. ]
