[It's raining in Utgard as in Asgard. A steady, light drizzle comes from a flat grey sky, turning everything dim and damp and dreary. Still, the rain isn't stopping business from going on as usual in the busy metropolis. Shops are open and buses are running and more importantly official city business is being discussed.
At various times of day, Thiazi can be found in the nicer parts of the city near the government buildings. The buildings are well-crafted but stark and modern, in a sharp contrast to the fancy (but also modern) estate next door with its wide green lawn and ornamental trees beginning to turn colours. She is dressed in the rich pale golds of harvest wheat and russets of iron-laced earth, a picture of warm finery against the chilly drab backdrop of the rainy day. Her two bodyguards, tall and broad, flank her in sharp but equally fine clothing in a gold to match their queens, and carry the wide crimson rain-shade that keeps the water off of all three of them.
She stands out like a sore thumb -- but to her senses, so do Travellers. You may approach her, or she may approach you, but the clock is ticking and the Queen of Frost is looking to put more pieces on the game board.]
[ooc: Anyone who wants to meet Thiazi or has previous plotting plans with her is welcome to tag her here! Please be aware that involving characters with her is potentially a long-term plotting investment, so only tag in if you're looking to get involved! You don't have to have previously talked to the mods to jump in, though! Everyone's welcome. Also, feel free to have tags as long or short as you like, in actionspam or prose form. I'll follow your lead! :)]
