[OPEN] I'm still cooking
Who: The Eleventh Doctor and YOU
What: The Doctor's gotten cursed and comes from right after regenerating from Ten to Eleven. Fun times ensue.
When: Day 411
Where: All over Asgard?!
Rating: G?
[ Falling out of the TARDIS and ending up here is a little disorienting. Or is that the regeneration? Maybe a bit of both.
After checking out the new bracelet thing and contacting the network, he starts wandering. He's very notably raggedy (also wet), with tears in his trousers and shirt. And are there singes? And for anyone who's seen him around or knows him, there's a distinct lack of bow tie, replaced with a regular old tie. What?
Really, with how bad his motor skills are, it's only a matter of time before he runs into someone. ]
((OOC: Despite the written set-up, this a catch-all log for my one-day Eleventh Hour curse, and there can be scenes outside of this. You're very free to use it though! If you want to do something else, feel free to PM me or pp/ping me on
Tossino or IM me at AIM @ thetossedone. Or. Something. Yes.
There's also a network post! Which you're free to check out.))

He's pouting, scowling, but follows anyway.

Irving takes them to his office and starts tea.

Seriously. Is he the only one that theory doesn't make a lick of sense to?

He starts wandering around the room, just to have a look-see.

Cup in hand, he continues wandering, poking at the small amount of stuff around the office. Really, it's rather sparse. Typical.
no subject
In fact, it isn't typical: Brax's offices are usually a) messy, because order is the enemy of creativity, b) filled with paintings and decoration. Brax simply hasn't gotten the appropriate decor yet.

Why are they arguing technicalities like this?
Although he supposes that's better than thinking too much about the fact that he's arguing with his big brother. Who he's barely even talked to in god knows how long, and who is probably dead.
no subject
Yes, let us ignore the angst behind the curtain.

If it wasn't so annoying, he'd just leave it be because it's getting exhausting to argue about it. And maybe it's a little unnerving to be told he's been here for quite some time, only in his future, and this is all ... really confusing. Or maybe it's just because of what he came from?
"I just don't see what difference it makes," he continues, frustrated, and swipes a hand out. "If I land somewhere, and it turns out that I've actually landed there before from their point of view, but that was actually in my future, well. That's just something that happens with time travel, sometimes. But then it doesn't mean I've lost those memories. I just haven't gained them yet. What makes this different, hm?"
no subject
He pauses. "I realise this frustrates you, but you need to realise how important this is. You've been cursed. Someone acted and made you this way. That is the difference."
no subject
And since he basically said all that in one breath, he inhales deeply and turns away. Takes a sip of his tea. Rubs his fingers over his brow.
This is so tiring.

"What, because they brought me here they gave me those memories?"
Nope, he can't get behind that thinking.

Is what what he is now? Angry. Hasn't he been angry enough as his predecessor? Or was that another sort?
