[This evening, anyone living in the Welcome Halls will come into the main floor to find a banquet of delicious food from both Yggdrasil and the worlds of anyone attending. There will be plenty of chairs & tables around to sit at and a big fire in the living room fireplace. Your patron god may or may not attend, but keep an eye out for the chance to talk to them! The food will be there all night, and the atmosphere warm and welcoming.

Those who have moved out will recieve texts on their bracelets inviting them to come to dinner. Also, for tonight the discomfort of entering someone else's welcome hall has been lifted, though only for those invited by someone who belongs to this House. Guests are more than welcome! Have a great time, and give us some smiles!]

[The reason why Fuuka was here was because she hoped that there was a chance to go talk to Odin himself but otherwise, she wasn't sure what to do at a banquet. Back home, she would usually go on her laptop instead of doing much of anything half of the time.

Now she was sitting in a corner somewhere eyeing the food and back at the people. What now?]

[the restraint Chie showed at the festival toward food? totally does not apply here. she is taking full advantage of it right now! while she'll probably go to another house (or two... or more) to socialize later, right now, all she has in mind is eating her fill. because seriously—when you're offered with endless amounts of delicious steak, how are you supposed to resist?]

[If he must, he must. And if he must go to a banquet, Watson must be properly attired.

He is the picture perfect Victorian gentleman. His tophat is removed, and his coat and walking stick are left in the foyer, but Watson is crisply attired in suit and vest, available to make polite dinnertime conversation to anyone or pass any implements or dishes as required.]

[yup, look who's lounging around the punch and looking smug and full of herself. Beatrice is just checking things out, looking for people to cause trouble with. What would the Yuletide season be without lots of trolling, after all?]

[Sitting in a chair closest to the fire he finds he isn't all that hungry right now. Maybe he's just nervous from being alone in a big house like this...

Yeah, that has to be it.

He keeps adjusting the bandanna around his forehead, almost neurotic about keeping it in place there.]

[After eating till he could barely move he's just sprawled himself out on the floor next to the fire, a few empty and a couple full bottles of Faygo around him and what appears to be a bicycle horn laying on his stomach. One of the rare times he feels too sedated to be a pain in the ass, it should be savored while it lasts.]

[ Here's Hanako, awkwardly sitting at the banquet, eyeing at the food but not diving in just yet. Sure it has been an oddly pleasant week, what with Tavros' party, then the festival, and now this. She can't doubt this is a good plan to recover from the battle, even if she's still kind of wary of things ever since Freya's departure.

At the very least, she knows mostly everyone from her house. Who should she talk to, though... ]

[Naminé's good mood seems to be present here, too, though in this situation it is a bit more withdrawn. It does seem to be a more structured situation, after all, and she finds herself wondering if she should expect something unusual of this. Still, there's a small smile on her lips all the same while she has a look around as best she can from her seat.]

[Hisao is more than happy to eat at the banquet - He's a growing boy, after all, he has to eat whatever he can. He's trying as many unfamiliar dishes this evening as he can, trying to sample the tastes of Yggdrasil as well as other Traveler's worlds.]

[Orihime is looking a little bit haggard today, as though she's not slept properly in a while. In fact, she's been keeping watch over Ichigo's comatose body for the past few days. But right now, she's loading down two plates, in the hopes that he'll wake up and eat. And if not, she can at least have something warm to eat for the holidays while he's asleep]

[ just because he doesn't live in the Sigyn welcome hall anymore doesn't mean he isn't going to visit! of course he'll be here, content to see the hall again and familiarizing himself back with the Sigyn home. he's definitely going to be going around and saying hello to people.

once the banquet actually starts though, he'll take a seat anywhere and look on the food. they sure prepared something big for them, huh?

also don't be afraid if something rubs against your legs or feet. it might just be his Serperior slithering under the table to reach Touya's side.]

[It's a party, and Gau really should be socializing more. But even though he's been on his own now for quite some time in Asgard, he still doesn't usually just go up to people in social situations like this, unless there's some reason. In fact, he's just as likely to watch others and wait to see how things go instead.

At the moment, he's sitting at the table with a plate of food, but he's also got a notebook on his lap, just like it were any other day and not some kind of gathering.]

[Conan's apparently decided that if she is going to be spending the holidays as an adorable little girl, then she is going to be the most adorable little girl possible. Sophie's probably been enlisted to style her hair again, she's picked out a suitably precious dress with shiny black boots and frilly ankle socks and appears to be quite pleased with the end result.

She's not sure about coming to dinner until she's checked to see if the arsenic in the pantry is still there. It is, but it also shows no signs of being moved or opened, so that is good, and Conan's taking her seat at the table with all intents of making an effort to enjoy this thing.]

[while she did do conan's hair, sophie herself didn't seem to take this as a dressy occasion, or even do her own hair. dinner is still appreciated, though, especially since some of the food actually looks familiar and no one can go wrong with a good eggnog]

[Connor doesn't really have anything dressy for a party, but he's taken a little more care with grooming than he normally would. He's pretty intrigued by the whole banquet concept, since the normal food in the Hall is pretty simple.

And then he finds himself wondering if he has to wait for everyone else to show up or if he can sneak something from the table, because those rolls look exactly like the ones his mother makes.]

[ First a festival, and now a banquet... Just what are the gods planning? (Calm before the storm, right?)

Despite her suspicions, Nina arrives at the Heimdall House after receiving her invitation. Although it's only been a week since she moved, it feels a little strange to visit the Welcome Hall again. She passes through the entrance, glancing around at the chairs, tables, and fireplace. ]

How is our god supposed to attend when he's dead? [He asked himself, the thoughts manifesting themselves aloud, as his hand ran across the page.]

[ Mithian does love feasts, very much so. Back home in Nemeth they were a reason to celebrate, for frivolity, and happiness. And as she smooths out her gown, she smiles, for the first time feeling comfortable without wearing her crown. This is place is becoming easier to become accustomed to and she hopes that this will be yet another opportunity to meet new people.]
